Chris was very prompt with answering any questions I had about the property. Property was clean and well decorated. My boyfriend and I loved the location and didn’t mind the short walk over the bridge into town. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable but squeaky. My only complaint is I wish the bedroom had a tv. After a long day of walking I just wanted to lay in bed and watch something. Definitely not a deal breaker but would have been nice. We will definitely consider renting again as my boyfriend loves St. Augustine now!

We rented at this site last winter and loved it so we returned again this Fall. The apartment is comfortable, VERY clean, and is within walking distance to historic downtown St. Augustine. The manager is accessible and responds quickly to email, attending to concerns and/or needs. Chris, manager, reached out to us within a day of our arrival to see if all was well or if we needed anything. We will continue to stay at this rental as long as an apartment is available.

This was the perfect fall getaway. The place is well kept, clean, spacious, and feels like home away from home. The location was PERFECT. A short walk across the bridge of lions put us in the heart of St Augustine where we enjoyed all things tourist. We had the best food at O’Steens, which was in walking distance as well. We didn’t plan on a beach day but found time for one while we were there. Instead of going to the crowded public beach, we paid a small fee and went to Anastasia State Park. It was perfect. A little bit of a walk from the parking lot to the beach BUT no crowd! So peaceful and relaxing. The lighthouse is a MUST! I hate the government shutdown didn’t allow us to visit the fort. This just means we can plan another trip down for that and hopefully have the opportunity to stay here again. I am very new to VRBO and Chris made the process so easy. Of course, I had a couple of questions and the response was very quick! If you get a chance to visit the oldest city in the nation, this is for sure the BEST place to stay!!’ We will be back!!!!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here at this unit. The place was very clean, in a very nice area and within walking distance to the Bridge of Lions. Chris, our host ,was very timely in responding to any questions we had before and during our stay. We definitely would stay here again when we come back to St Augustine.

Everything was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. Some things that should be considered for the future would be an additional tv in the bedroom and more counter space on the bathroom vanity sink. Neighbor upstairs was speaking very loudly in the morning but that’s hard to control!

This rental is excellent! A perfect location in St. Augustine, easy check-in on site, convenient for two people, comfortable, good bedding, nice shower, washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen for meals and everything works! It looks as nice as the pictures and was very quiet. The owner was very helpful during our visit with text messaging.

Wonderful!

Very clean and super convenient. 10 minute drive to St. Augustine Beach, and a walk across the bridge of lions to downtown if you don't want to pay for parking. The only small complaint I have is that the bed was pretty creaky, so if you're a light sleeper you may have trouble getting a restful sleep. Other than that it was perfect!

Easy walking access to everything

Had a two night stay to enjoy the town and attend a concert. Lovely downstairs unit in renovated old home. Very clean. Nice kitchen appliances in eat in kitchen. Very nice!

Comfortable Space

We chose this comfortable, modernized apartment over a hotel room. We always like having extra space and comfortable areas to sit when we travel. It’s bright, clean and has spacious rooms. It’s just a short walk to the Bridge of Lions. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood.
