Great Place!

We had a lovely girl's weekend in Richmond. This house was perfect for us. Easy walk to local restaurants and the park down the street. Highly recommend!

Great Hidden Gem

The house was very nice and accommodating for my guests. It was close to everything especially Shockoe Bottom. The check in and out process was simple and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and great location

Great location for riding over to the Capital Trail, which was our reason for visiting. Really enjoyed walking to Union Market Cafe. On-street parking right near the house was always easy to find. Ursula was very communicative and kind. The house is very roomy and had everything that we needed. Really nice space outdoors as well.

The host was available and communicative. The common wall house has been completely remodeled with gorgeous hardwood flooring throughout main living area with tiled wet areas. Well appointed furnishings in proper shape. The overall standout is how clean the house was.We found the uneven steps required our full attention while navigating. Parking is on a first come basis. The sidewalks are made of hand formed bricks with all the wonderful variations in color and pocked with bubbles and other imperfections. The streets have been paved over but many of the old cobblestone roads are still in use. Location is a plus. Walked to local grocery/grill for breakfast and lunch. The park a block away held an All Saints Day when we were there. The throws on the backs of living room couches came in handy. We highly recommend this property and it's host.

Spacious and convenient

The house was very clean upon arrival and well stocked (coffee, tea, snacks, towels). The location is very convenient for getting downtown quickly with a rideshare. The neighborhood is quite with friendly neighbors.

Fantastic Spot in Richmond

Stayed here with my wife, nanny, and two kids and we had a fantastic time! Location is very clean, neat and organized. We had all the standard amenities needed plus extras we didn’t expect like kids utensils. It is also in a perfect spot right next to a lot of hot spots in Richmond such as Union market, Jefferson Park, and the Alamo bbq, but not amongst all the downtown traffic. Manager was fantastic and very flexible with our group and got back to us quickly with questions and special requests. We would definitely stay again!!
