美しい山の家、山の頂上での単一家族スタイル。 キングベッドとバスルームを備えたマスターベッドルーム、プルアウト布団付きのロフトはスリープカウントに含まれておらず、追加のゲストに適しています。 下位レベルには2つのベッドルームがあり、1つはツイン（フル2段ベッドとツインベッド）（4人用）、もう1つはクイーンベッド付きです。 低層階にはフルバスルームとランドリールームもあります。

メインフロアにはオープンコンセプトがあり、調理用の設備の整ったキッチン、ダイニングルームのテーブル、大型テレビ付きの快適なファミリールームがあります。

Great stay!

This unit comfortably accommodated 6 adults. The condo is nicely furnished, bright and is in great condition. Great location. The owner, Leslie, responded promptly to a pre-stay inquiry. I highly recommend renting this condo.

Spacious with a relaxing coziness

Great place to make memories. Plenty of open space. Location was key to many fun activities. Many options for restaurants and shopping near by. Beautiful wooded area in back of home. Relaxing deck to enjoy the woodsy scenery. Very comfortable furniture in this well thought of home. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and space for families!

Can’t even say enough about how perfect this rental was for us. Pictures do not do it justice. Very clean, lots of room to spread out inside and outside, trails in the white mountains right out the door, easy access to the river down the hill or a short drive up the street. Want to come back and use the loon shuttle for skiing. Don’t hesitate if this place is available, book it! We got to meet the owners Leslie and her husband. They were very nice and helped us with local recommendations too. Thanks for a great weekend.

Great spot for family trip

It’s a very nice five level property. Two beds and bath on lowest level, with a patio. One level up is entry and mud room. Third level is family room, dining and kitchen. A nice covered deck with a gas grill. Fourth level is al off with a futon and a TV. On the fifth level is the Master bedroom with king bed. Well located, close to town and the river. We explored a trail within the subdivision that leads to a bridge over a creek. Also, at the bottom of the hill is parking and a place to swim in the Pemi river. We also visited the Queens Bath a mile down the Pemi. For day trips, we visited the water park and the Basin. Great location for a family outing.

Perfect Nh Getaway

What a great find! Easy directions to find, in a condo community but a solo standing property. 2 miles away from town and right near loon mountain. We went tubing near the Pemi river which was a 20 minute drive. Would definitely reserve again

Perfect

This property is wonderful. We came up for a weekend kayak trip and found this location to be in very nice, clean neighborhood close to downtown and anything else you could need. Very comfortable beds and couches to rest on after a long day on the river.
