From the moment you arrive, you`ll feel refreshed and renewed! This 3rd floor, bay front condo has amazing panoramic bay views, and you`re just steps away from the beach. Enjoy relaxing in this clean, comfortable, quality condo in one of Lincoln City's best locations. You`ll be amazed by the antics of the sea lions and coastal birds performing just outside your patio door. Please note this is the only condo at the Dock of the Bay that has a second-floor loft area for your enjoyment!

This Dock of the Bay condo is in the heart of Lincoln City`s Historic Taft District, on SW 51st Street, where visitors will find numerous activities available and sights to see, providing many options for enjoying your vacation. You can walk to a variety of shops, restaurants and local art galleries. Beach access is just steps to the bay beach and a 2 block walk along the sand or sidewalk to the ocean beach. The Chinook Winds Casino shuttle stops nearby for a direct trip to the Casino and back.

*Please note there is no elevator for Dock of the Bay condos*

The place is falling apart and amenities are limited, but dang if the location isn’t fantastic.They did return multiple items we left, communication was great.

Great place with wonderful view.

Stayed for 3 nights with our family of 6. There was plenty of room. Great view of the water! Definitely going to be put on our list of places to stay

Beach front paradise

After a terrible stay at a different property, a refreshing stay in a well appointed condo. Could have used an elevator but we survived. Great location right on the bay. Great neighborhood.

This was a great place! Easily accommodated our family of 8. Located right on the bay! Beautiful!

Everything went smoothly. Needed to buy spices to cook as we couldn’t find any in the condo. Loved the bay access. Also proximity to Mos and the beach.

Winter at the beach

The accommodations were just what we needed. The teenagers loved the loft. Seconds from the beach. Close enough to everything we needed, but far enough from away from anything we didn’t. It was chilly outside, but the place was nice and comfy when we got back.

Great price and location- unusable balcony

We really enjoyed the beach front property and it’s location was awesome. Plenty of room and very clean inside. The only thing I was disappointed about was the balcony and patio furniture facing the ocean was covered in bird poop. Also, there was a bird nest on the patio with birds living there. This made the balcony unusable. I was looking forward to drinking my coffee in the morning and having a drink in the evening out on the balcony. I would give this property 5 stars if this was fixed.

Pigeon Trouble

Condo was nice enough, but we were told the day before that there was an issue with the front ocean facing deck and we could not use it. That was an understatement as it was not just the deck, but also the slider door that could not be used due to a pigeon infestation in the roof above the deck. The deck was covered in droppings and stank. The pigeons rustled about in the ceiling and constantly flew in and out. We could not even leave the door open to enjoy the breeze as it was disgusting. I left a review/message for the management company and they have never replied. We were very disappointed with the experience and would not recommend the rental or the management company at all. We requested a refund of some amount for the inconvenience and also received no reply. VRBO should be doing better as well. We should at very minimum receive a refund of the VRBO fees since their client did not hold up their end of the bargain.

Dilapidated 3rd floor Condo, NO ELEVATOR

Master bedroom was stripped when we arrived, had to completely re-make bed, unit was NOT ready. Balcony was unusable, due to layers of bird droppings & roosting pigeons, screen door was broken & screen was falling out. Window screens had holes in them. Nothing in kitchen besides salt & pepper, literally nothing. Adequate dishes is the best I can say about kitchen. Divets in floor, seems like floor is falling apart. Only ONE key, so everything had to be coordinated for all parties. Carpets are old, worn & stained. Beach fire pit, when lit, blew directly into condo unit, making it difficult to keep windows open. Nearly ALL outlets would not keep plugs in them, they are lose and worn, so won't hold plugs. No sugar, no coffee, no essentials in kitchen, honestly this place was nothing as advertised, so disappointed. They claimed they tried to get in touch with me, but I never got any texts or phone calls until I texted them numerous times in a row, then they would answer like 12 hours later.

We understand this is not how you would want to start your vacation. We also do not see any outreach regarding you other listed concerns. Great location and perfect for families!

My family of 8 stayed at this property in July 2024. The pictures are slightly different from the actual, but close enough. There was plenty of space for all of us and did not experience any problems during our stay. I received an email 3 days before my stay started that the living room light and fan didn't work. It had not been fixed when I arrived. That was a inconvenience but was able to use the light from the kitchen and the lamps. The extra circulation from the fan would have been nice. There was soap and shampoo amenities left in the bathrooms. The master bathroom had 2 burnt out bulbs and the exhaust fan was REALLY loud. The 2 lamps on either side of the bed were just for looks as there is no outlet close enough to plug them in. There were plenty of towels for all of us- which as a concern going in since there is not onsite laundry, but it worked out OK. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra bedding available. Kitchen had everything we needed. There was a vacuum in the closet, but the cord was broken so we couldn't clean up after ourselves as well as we normally would. The deck was shared use with the pigeons as previously mentioned. We made it work, but had to clean off the chairs before we used them each time. The other decks in the complex had figured out better ways to combat the pigeons as they were much cleaner than this one. It would be helpful to have the chairs covered in between use. Beach access was easy! Definately would stay here again.
