Hi Heidi, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I am sorry that you felt the beds were too hard. They are newer beds and perhaps firmer than you are used to. We try not to over decorate and as I look at the photos, I only see table lamps, coasters, a turtle, candle and alarm clock. If these items bothered you we could have removed them during your stay or put them in the closet. We do supply two rolls of toilet paper for guest arrival. I apologize if it was not up to your comfort. We will try to do better.

Good Afternoon Kathleen, We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We would have been more than happy to have helped you with the TV's had we received a call when the problem first arrived. That being said, we will look into putting instructions in the unit for future guests, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. Regarding toilet paper, garbage bags, and paper towels: It is standard that we provide enough for each guest to start out with their reservation (2 toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel roll, 2 large garbage bags, 1 sponge, and 2 dishwasher pods). We truly thought this would be enough for a 4-night stay. Due to how many multi-week reservations we have during the season, the cleaners cannot provide hotel-style service in relation to these items.
