シーサイドで望むすべてのものを歩いて数分以内に、カヤコテージは、うらやましい屋外のリビングとダイニングスペースから例外的なアップグレードまで、期待を上回るものです。この居心地の良い家は、1階にある大きな屋根付きポーチの中にゲストを引き込み、2階には別の大きなスクリーン付きポーチがあります。
中に入ると、キングサイズのプライベートマスタースイートが上品な仕上げと仕上げを提供し、直接、楽しいスクリーン付きポーチに通じます。朝の太陽が昇るにつれ��コーヒーを飲み、太陽のように寝酒を楽しむのに最適です。夕方に設定します。 1階の家族向けのデザインは、近くのベッドルームにツインツインベッド、さらに明るく整えられたクイーンサイズのベッドルームがあり、モダンな設備のホールバスを共有しています。これらのベッドルームもスクリーン付きのポーチに通じており、家族が共有できる屋外スペースで一緒にリラックスしたり、くつろいだりするのに十分なスペースを確保できます。

Porches galore!

Wonderful house - perfect for our family! Loved all the screened in porches for morning coffee. Nice sized bedrooms too.

First time - We'll be back

The house was great and location super. It was our first time to Seaside and it didn't disappoint. We were concerned house was far from the beach but it was a 5 minute walk at most. Very conveniently located near everything but enough of a distance that you felt privacy. House was very nice and we will definitely be back. Property management company was very good.

Reviewer Comments: We have visited Seaside for almost two decades and have stayed in several different Homeowners Collection properties but this is by far our favorite (so far).Great layout, with the kitchen and family room upstairs which gave the place a light and airy feel but the best part of the house are the screened in porches on the first and second floors that face the greenbelt between Seaside and Watercolor. A great place to read, relax, have a meal, or a nap. This home is very close to the city center but just far enough away that you don't hear the noise or deal with the traffic and parking closer to the square (key during spring break weeks).The condition of the home and furnishings was excellent and the kitchen well stocked. This will be a family fav going forward.

Unexpected stay at Kaya!

Reviewer Comments: The house we originally rented was unavailable at the last moment and the staff of Homeowners Collection were able to relocate us to Kaya. While it caused a longer walk to our beach chairs that were reserved at a different pavilion, the house was absolutely lovely. It’s in a perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of Seaside and 30A but very close to town center. It has large porches (both screened and not screened) with ample seating. The house was very clean and is decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked with nice cookware and dishes and the separate ice maker was a huge plus! We come to Seaside often and Kaya is now one of our favorite houses! We would definitely stay again!!

KAYA in Seaside Proper

Located in close proximity to the pool, church and downtown Seaside. The beach was just a short walk away too! I love that the home was clean, included two bike rentals, and a nice welcoming package. I was very impressed with the politeness of each member that represented HOC whether it be through text or talking. I would definitely rent from HOC again!!! Thank you 😊

Also, 4 other adults over for a couple of meals and there was plenty of room for everyone! The only thing I didn’t like was there was no salt and pepper and trash bags.

We have never used this agency before but will certainly in the future. The house was perfect for our family and was one of the cleanest homes we’ve stayed in in our 10 yrs of renting in Seaside. (and I’m very particular!). Lisa was one of the reasons our booking and availability was spot on. She showed wonderful customer service and they are fortunate to have her as an employee. Great time in a great home!

Good, but...

Spacious house in a great location if you are looking for a more reasonable price off the water. The layout of the house is perfect to give kiddos some space while still being close. And, the house house a fabulous stereo system to pipe music to almost every room and balcony. The green space is lovely but also has a lot of walking and biking traffic, early and late. The negatives are simple. It’s time for an update on the decor and some of the baths are dated and hard for the staff to keep clean. This house would be awesome with just a bit more TLC.

The house has all the space we need, and the location is perfect. This is the 3rd time we have rented it, but we had quite a few issues.
