I’m glad you enjoyed your stay! The bathroom is on the first main floor, and upstairs. The daylight basement was finished off later, and unfortunately doesn’t have a bathroom. I’m sorry!

Wonderful property in a quiet area. Our family enjoyed the water views and spending time outside around lush plant life. It was easily accessible from RKD airport and a fast drive into Rockland. We would stay here again and highly recommend.

Lovely property. The house sleeps plenty but with only one full bath with shower it takes some coordination for bathroom time.

It was hard to leave this amazing property and beautiful Maine coast location with water views. One of the nicest vacation homes we’ve rented . The home is beautifully and comfortably furnished with everything one might need and the owners were wonderful to communicate with.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Oceanview Bungalow. The overflowing flower bushes surrounding the beautifully appointed home and watching the sun rise over the ocean's horizon from the upstairs balcony while sipping a cup of coffee each morning were special highlights of my stay. The huge inventory of flour, sugar, oil, and spices were a nice plus. My husband and two rather picky twenty somethings gave it a huge thumbs-up and would definitely come again. I sincerely hope we do!

The property was wonderful! Our group of 5 adults were very comfortable and satisfied with our stay of 3 nights. We were in town for a family reunion, and enjoyed the great amenities of the property as we spent cherished time with our extended family. Comfortable beds, relaxing common areas and great location.

Great place to stay for our 3 day trip to the area. We used the fire pit ( wood provided) and were comfortably hanging out. We enjoyed the very well maintained grounds and felt the peacefulness of the area. Very nice inside with comfy beds! Its only 10 minutes up to restaurants and all the activity but far enough to feel secluded.

Very nice, clean property in a good location. It is a little hard to tell where this property ends and the neighbors begin! We almost started a fire in the wrong fire pit! (Ha!). The one bathroom with shower is on a different floor than the bedrooms so keep that in mind if you are a large group. There were no wine glasses so hopefully that gets remedied.

Amongst other issues, property was not very clean and most of the furniture was worn and stained. Towels smelled of mildew. Logged complaint with customer service who refunded us a portion of our stay. Owner was belligerent on call with myself and customer service and then entered the property while we were out for the day.

Thank you for your feedback. I do want to clarify a few statements in this review. I was not contacted about these concerns until a day into your stay. Once I was made aware, I contacted you to let you know I would come to the property so we could speak and address your concerns. I did not enter the property while you were away. I came to the property and spoke with you directly while you were there. During the call with customer service, I also attempted to explain the situation but unfortunately was unable to get a word in. Regarding the furniture, the smaller couch was purchased used and is still in perfectly good, functional condition. There is some cosmetic fraying along the bottom, but otherwise the couch is in good condition, and I do not believe in discarding a perfectly usable piece of furniture solely because of minor cosmetic wear. I take the cleanliness and comfort of my property very seriously, as reflected in the many positive reviews from previous guests. I’m sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations.

The house was great, it had everything we needed. Communication was easy. It is between 2 small state parks and an airport. Our boys loved watching planes go by. Only downfall was location of the house. It’s in a very non-private residential area. Felt like we were imposing on the neighbors a bit. Use this house for a good hub with lots of amenities to see the surrounding areas such as Rockland (10 min) and Boothbay (1hr). Not much to do around the house itself.

Perfect home away from home. Very well stocked kitchen, the beds were very comfy and everything was just overall cozy. Such a serene location. We will definitely stay again next time we come to visit our grandkids.

Beautiful Relaxing Retreat

Owls Head is close to Camden but like a quiet retreat location. The home is beautifully decorated and landscaped. Plenty of room for a family or multiple couples. Would definitely return.

Great stay, exceeded expectations

We were visiting friends who live in Owls head, the location was perfect. The home was exceptionally clean which is so important and very well appointed. Very roomy and comfortable, we will very likely stay again when in the area.

Our time in Owls Head was fantastic! The house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space inside and outside for all five of us to spread out and relax. The kids especially loved getting to play outside. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and more and was so convenient for our daily excursions. We would definitely recommend this property to any one visiting the area!

Great home in quiet location

Our family of five really enjoyed our time at this home during our Maine vacation. Great cozy home in quiet location. A little drive to town but not bad. Recommend this house and would stay again.
