Welcome to Heinz Julen Loft, a luxurious 3 bedroom chalet located in the town of Zermatt, Switzerland and represented by Exceptional Villas, top-rated rental company in the world on Trustpilot. The home was designed by architect Heinz Julen. It was his private home where he hosted many rock-star parties. The Loft is on a hill to give spectacular views, yet easy access to the heart of the village. The use of glass gives guests a unique view of the village and the Mischabel Mountains. Access is a 2 minute walk from the top of the Omnia Hotel lifts, for which you will have a special key. The village end of the lift delivers you to the main street of Zermatt, close to the church.

The main living room has a suspended and illuminated table which can be raised and lowered from coffee table, to dining table, to ceiling height; the latter creating a large party space. In one corner you can play on a baby grand Steinway piano, while in another you can sink into a large sofa and gaze simultaneously at the stunning views and at the cozy fireplace set into the glass wall. From this level you can go to the 1st floor which has a large open plan kitchen, a free standing hot tub, a dining alcove, a cantilevered bar area and a guest toilet.

Overlooking the main loft area, are 2 double en-suite bedrooms, one above the other. Each has its own bathroom with shower and WC, and a balcony enabling guests to enjoy the views. The third master bedroom is secluded with its very own landing. The master bedroom uniquely features a free-standing bath with wood-slatted massage cover, an island bed on a rotating floor, his and her bedroom sinks, a separate shower room and WC, a walk-in wardrobe, a sofa, and a TV set into the glass window. Both levels of the Loft are served by a private lift.
