Convenient Condo

This condo was in an excellent location, the kitchen is well stocked and it very clean on arrival. The marina is nice as well. The condo was larger than we expected based on the photos. Holly communicated well prior to and during our stay. It’s not the Ritz…so don’t expect that, but it is a convenient home base for your next Sicamous vacay.

Fantastic hosts and condo in paradise!

Holly and Daryl and fantastic hosts! Very detailed information provided before arriving. Property grounds were incredible and as described. Holly & Daryl have fully stocked the condo with everything one would need. Hundreds of books and movies available during rainy days. Well kept unit and extremely clean. Would instantly book again on my next visit!

Amazing vacation rental

This was the perfect rental for me, my husband and daughter along with my mom and dad. The second bedroom is off the main bedroom, but it is also accessible through the patio, so that’s how we accessed it to provide privacy. There are so many pots, pans, and dishes that we could make everything we wanted. It’s a quick walk or less than two minute drive to the grocery and liquor store, the pool was great, and the unit was clean and the building quiet. There is no beach access, but it’s also a short walk away. We can’t wait to come back!

This place met all of our expectations and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, this condo is suited for one couple or a couple with kids as the second bedroom is accessed off the main bedroom. There was an abundance of dishes and pots and pans; almost too much as there was little space left for our food. Same for the bedroom, very little room for our clothing as the dressers were full of bedding and stuff. The complex is very clean and quiet and the location is great. We would definitely come again.

Quiet and Relaxing

As our stay was during the off season, it was very quiet. With it being the off season(a little early) means the pool and hot tub have been shut down. This was a big disappointment for us. The condo was clean, but dated, great for parents with a couple of kids. Not so great for two travelling companions requiring two beds, as the second bedroom was off the main bedroom, containing beds meant for children. There is no cable or satellite, and the technology is outdated. The property owner was very accommodating with making up the difference for the lack of amenities. Our favourite place to eat was Joe Smuck's Road House. Food was home made and very good. The service was excellent.

Daryl and I have always loved the serenity of being in the mountains. Our childhood memories are remembered with fondness around summers spent on the water and the smell of fresh pine trees while exploring the endless hills and vistas in any season. We were fortunate to pass these memorable experiences of sun and fun in the great outdoors onto the next generation and share with family and friends.

There is no place we would rather be. One day we hope to retire here. Since we bought this condo suite, MANY have enjoyed there time staying here and want to come back.

Sicamous is a lovely small town with plenty of diversity and access to almost anything you want or need. It is tranquil and peaceful most of the year, and we find it the perfect place to rejuvenate and recharge.

We are avid water sports people and really LOVE the direct access to the marina. Having shops within walking distance means we can literally park our vehicle for our entire stay.

The Sicamous Business community is keenly aware of their gem location and is very responsive to provide service and a smile.

Rent any type of sports equipment, watercraft, bicycle or off road vehicle you desire here in Sicamous..

Recline back for your favorite DVDs movie with the added benefit of listening through the Sony stereo. There are also many places to rent DVDs so don't worry. DO.BRING your laptop to enjoy free Internet wi-fi and retreat to your private space
Or
Park the kids for some chill time in front of the Nintendo, PlayStation or 2nd TV and access a large library of VCRs to keep them entertained.
Or
Snuggle up with your favorite person on th big comfy couch. Trust us there is plenty of room for 2. Stream shows on our large HD screen via a HDMI cable provided.
Or
Indulge in a nap, after all the activity and fresh mountain air you took in, with lots of comfortable pillows and fussy blankets.
Or
Groove to your favorite music docked from your iPod or other devise (ear jack adapter provided) while exploring your culinary talents. We have plenty of spices and cooking supplies to create the perfect meal. Don't worry we have you covered with wine glasses to supplement perhaps romantic evening by the fire place.
Or
Laugh often, If romance isn't in th cards, there are lots of good -ole fashioned board games including, Cribbage, Dice, Pictionary, Scrabble, Life and our favorite Scattrtgories.
NOTE:
We will be up front, there is no cable for a is because the rest of the world can wait for just a little while...That's not to say we don't recognize the importance of staying connected to those you love.
