We enjoyed our time at Beach Break immensely! We were very comfortable and the pool and beach. There were nine of us and room for more. The kitchen is well equipped for much larger groups. The washer and dryer made were added conveniences. There are restaurants and entertainment within easy driving distances. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

A wonderfully updated classic beach house. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Break. This home reminds you of beach stays in the past, yet is nicely updated and very well appointed. The rooms were large and comfortable, including the beds. Kitchen and bathrooms were modern and well stocked. The kids loved the upstairs bedroom with the balcony. It was a great place to sleep and hang out. The amenities are very nice with a relaxing screen porch. The pool was the star of the show as it is big enough for a large group and was very clean. We will definitely use this house again when staying in North Myrtle.

Dirty floors

Cleaning service doesn’t clean under anything. Floors were very dirty and we found roaches as well as diabetic needles in the kitchen. When they came to recleen the floors, a set of AirPods went missing.

Scott, thanks for sharing your feedback. I am really sorry that your rental did not meet your expectations. Clearly, we feel short, and I do apologize on behalf of all of us here at Elliott Beach Rentals and on behalf of our Homeowner. The last thing we want to do is let our customers down. I hope you will allow us the opportunity to make amends with a future stay.

Great location and view, poorly maintained

This house is in a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean and a nice private pool which made it such a shame that the property was dirty and poorly maintained. The house has a good layout and updates in the kitchen and bathrooms, but there was mold and mildew in all the showers, drain flys coming out of one of the showers and a layer of dirt on everything. An outside light above the pool was hanging off the house with wires exposed, holes in many window screens and loose boards and rails on the porch and deck. I hope this property can get the care it needs, it could be a great house.

You should be receiving a formal apology letter from our company within the mail in the next few days along with a discount for a future stay with us. I hope you will give us another chance to make things right.
