“Green Breakers” was the name given to this modern home first built in the 1930s.
Listen to the waves roll in. Watch pelicans, seabirds, otters, seals and even whales from most of the rooms in the house.
New beds and linens, new stone floors in kitchen and bathrooms and many new furnishings in 2015.
Carmel River Beach is right outside your door. It is a dramatically beautiful spot and much quieter than the main Carmel Beach, yet is only a mile away from the shops and restaurants of Carmel by the Sea. Step outside for beautiful walks in every direction.
Three patios, two with ocean views, invite you outside. The large back garden is well maintained and is perfect for outdoor BBQ's and dining. French doors connect the backyard, house and ocean patio for easy entertaining.
This home is one story and level out to all patios, garden for easy access.
