Nice place, only thing is the loft is hot and stuffy on hot days as the ventilation is inadequate, We had a cooler day during our stay and that remedied it somewhat.

Great place and located close to everything!

Really enjoyed the condo, had all the amenities needed. It was walking distance to everything as well and right on the lake.

Ski Trip

My family/friends and I stayed here for a ski trip in March and the condo was absolutely perfect! The property management was super helpful and responsive in dealing with losing power and snow removal. The condo itself was very clean and fully stocked with anything you would need!

Great location, great unit

My sisters and I stayed here for a long weekend in the fall. This unit was a gem among a somewhat aging overall property. The location was great for easy access to all kinds of hiking, activities, restaurants and across from a grocery store. The gas fire pits in the common area and lake views were fantastic. Easy to book, easy communication. I’d stay in this specific unit again in a heartbeat if visiting South Lake Tahoe.

Can’t wait to be back!

Had an amazing mini vacation and we all enjoyed our stay here. It was our first time visiting Lake Tahoe and being unfamiliar with the place, this was a blind pick for a place to stay. We got lucky that it was awesome all around. The unit itself, the community, and the area. RNR Vacation Rentals’ service and responsiveness was amazing as well. Our family is looking forward to being back to this exact unit in the near future.

It was just what we needed with covid going on

Son and daughter in-law just bought condo down the road by heavenly so we will Probably book that area often for family trip. Pool or gym wasn’t open which would have been nice but understood why it wasn’t. Thankful we Had the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great, the location, the place, the fact that it has acces to the beach, all of it. We went on the weekend of July 4th, we are from Mexico so we didn't have the Holiday in mind when we booked it, the 4th of July was packed everywhere, the only thing I didn't like is that we were promised a parking spot for 2 vehicles and the hotel became a public parking spot for everyone, so did the beach, nobody checked the wristbands they gave us to be at the beach and pools. I understand that on that day, ALL of South Tahoe is full so I knew the next day we would have our parking spot, I just wanted to suggest a security guard checking at the entrance the parking permits all day on July 4th, not just when its already full for guests from non paying users that got there when there wasn't anyone checking. Again, I know is a special date and we just went with it, its just a suggestion. Overall, we had a great experience, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were cozy, the location close to a lot of restaurants and near hiking places. We would stay again.

Convenient location.

It was fine. But, having to share one bathroom with one sink between 6 people was not fun. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-appointed. The lighting in the bedrooms was horrible. Please get better light bulbs.

I house was centrally located and in great condition. The heating system was a bit difficult to get to an optimal temperature. Down stairs in the evening the heater kept coming on even when turned down. While the upstairs would be freezing cold. Using the fireplace helped a lot with the upstairs temperature. Inside shower curtain in downstairs bathroom could use a wash or replacement as there is pink soap scrum and mold on the bottom. Appliances worked well.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed with this unit! First it is located at the front basically on HWY 50. That was not advertised! The unit is smaller than other units because it is an end unit. All of the floors in the unit squeak, like horribly squeak so that if you are anywhere in the house you can hear it. If you are sleeping downstairs and anyone is upstairs you will be woken up it is that loud!! The bathroom on the bottom floor is open so it gives no privacy. The floor seems to have water damage and is smells of water damage, it is gross. The toilet seat had to be physically opened because it was stuck so every time you had to touch the toilet seat, again gross. The bedroom blinds are not blackout so all of the light comes in and this unit is next to outside lights which make the rooms very bright! There were nats in the bedroom every single night. We left a day early because we were so disappointed with this unit!

The condo was very clean and was stocked with what we needed. We loved the location in South Lake Tahoe. Loved that we had a private beach, the kids enjoyed the pool and we could walk to restaurants and shops. My only complaint with the property was that the floors were creaky and noise traveled from floor to floor. It made it a little tricky to sleep soundly- ear plugs worked for me.
