Gorgeous property. Impeccably clean. I traveled with my partner and infant daughter. The location is walkable to the beach, but it's not super close especially in the heat. Upon arrival there were no nonstick pans that were usable but the property manager did provide them. Its a non-smoking neighborhood including all common areas, which wouldn't be a problem except that my bf survived a catastrophic accident and has his medical marijuana card. He was told that he couldn't smoke anywhere on the property even outside by security. It made for a less than relaxing vacation upon being harassed by security.

Perfection

This property is everything you could ever want for a family or friends beachy getaway and close to everything happening in Clearwater and surrounding areas! The host, Lisa is a fantastic communicator and easy to work with. If you’re planning a boys or girls noisy or rowdy gathering, this is not your place. HOA rules are strictly enforced by on-site security and the neighbors will complain about rule infractions. We brought our boat and loved having it tied to the dock for easy access and use. This place is five stars and a lovely home.

The house is wonderfully located. It is one house down from the pool. It’s very close to all the shops and restaurants. There are gorgeous views of the bay. It is beautifully furnished. The neighborhood is quiet & safe w security onsite 24/7. There’s a bunch of beach toys & towels. The small elevator was very convenient for transporting small suitcases and groceries from 1st floor to 2nd. There’s excellent & prompt communication w Lisa, the manager. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Clearwater!

Wonderful getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and well thought through coastal getaway! The home is modern, new, clean and beautifully designed and had everything we needed. It has a gorgeous view of the marina and is very quiet even though it is located just 5 minutes of the beach, shopping and restaurants.

Wonderful Spring Break!

Amazing!

This property was fantastic for our family with 3 kids age 6 and under. Great location. The townhome is very nice! Has everything you need. Exceeded our expectations. Saw dolphins out back every day.

Great property in a great area

Our family of 5 loved this property and loved the area. It was very quiet and peaceful...and we enjoyed watching the dolphins swim right up in the bay.

Beautiful and Amazing Stay

We stayed for 5 Days and the stay couldn’t have been better. The unit was spacious and beautiful. The communication too book, with the owners and listing agent could not have been easier. Excellent stay!!

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this property everything was gorgeous! Each room was meticulously decorated with great taste!! It was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, dish soap, spices & coffee. We had more than enough towels. The master bathroom was amazing!! Kids loved all the beach toys and the beach wagon was also a great help! We loved sitting out on the back porch in the morning we actually saw a few dolphins swim up ..kids were so happy. Pool and the hot tub were very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again we will definitely be back !!

Amazing Stay

Quiet peaceful area but 10 mins to beach. Great for families or romantic getaway. Property is gorgeous, clean with great attention to detail. Lisa was terrific and very helpful and responsive. Mary with on site security was terrific as well! We’ll be back!

Beautiful Property!!

Overall, this is an extremely nice property!! I would highly recommend. A couple of things we expected at this price point but didn't have - ceiling fans, blackout curtains in the bedrooms and bathroom toiletries. Beyond that, the house was beautifully decorated and made for a very relaxing trip!

Top notch condo, well worth the money. A small piece of paradise

Beautiful condo with everything at your fingertips, close to the beach, pool and restaurants. The condo was very clean, lots of natural light and spectacular views from the patios. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Lisa, the property manager responded promptly to our questions and recommended places to visit. She was very helpful and efficient!

We visited Clearwater Beach, FL for the very first time in October, 2018. As Canadians, we knew that eventually we will join the snow-bird flock, but we never expected to like the area so much. We found the perfect family vacation: a contemporary townhouse with plenty of room for our family, located near Clearwater Beach.
