We enjoyed our stay...

The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was clean and comfortable. We had 7 people in our party and there was plenty of room for all. The owners communicated extremely well with me prior to my trip. Everything went smoothly. I had a full size SUV and had no problem finding parking in the garage. A little tight, but manageable. One recommendation I do have is to have at least 2 more chairs on the balcony (4 total). There were only 2 available. Also, when we arrived there was only a single serve Keurig machine on the counter. We bought a 12 cup automatic brewer and left it there for future renters. Other than those small issues the condo was great! Well worth the price!

Big condo

We love spending our vacations in this property, it’s big and clean, excellent view of the ocean , our kids love to be right there at the beach. If you are planning to take a roof cargo , they aren’t allow in the parking garage, we learned that when we got there. Excellent condo, I recommend it a lot.

We are native Midwesterners (Maggie from Minnesota and Jared from Wisconsin) and currently reside in Minnesota together where we manage our rental properties. We currently have two condos in the beautiful Grand Atlantic Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC, one condo in Ludlow, VT on Okemo Mountain and one condo in Park City, UT at the YotelPad Park City resort. We plan to continue building our inventory and each property is so special to us, so we hope they provide you with the special vacation experience you've dreamed of! この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We have loved the Myrtle Beach area for some time and finally decided it was time we invested into that market. We have been to and explored many, many options in Myrtle Beach and we never found any place like the Grand Atlantic. It is a newer building and it has SPECTACULAR views of the ocean. It's just the perfect place you can stay where you can enjoy a nice, quiet vacation yet still be in the heart of all the action that Myrtle Beach has to offer.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The units in the Grand Atlantic have some of the most gorgeous views we've ever seen (from the 17th and 20th floor) and it's why they're the units we HAD to have, and we want to share with you! Maggie has an interior design background, and she beautifully updated both our units recently. From the overall aesthetics down to the smallest decorative detail we take pride in giving all our guests the most beautifully done spaces which we provide frequent TLC to - ensuring the spaces meet our standards for you, the guest!
