Great location, and well appointed

We loved staying at Windsor Hills! We are snowbirds so this was an extended stay. The Property Management Company responded promptly to all our questions. The Disney room was so cute! Out grandson loved it when he visited. We would definitely stay here again if available for our dates. Our only concern was that the living room furniture was stained, but we bought a cheap set of sheets at Aldi's and conference them up. Problem solved!

Overall, the stay was pretty good but lack of communication and action of maintenance

Overall the condo was as described so happy about that. As soon as we got into the condo we noticed the dishwasher door was broken and didn’t stay closed. Later the day when we went to turn it on it wouldn’t start because the door wouldn’t close. Two out of the four burners on the stove also didn’t work. I notified Stars Vacation right away but nothing was ever done. No dishwasher made it very difficult with four adults and two kids and only having two burners was less than ideal when cooking. The fact that no one ever came to fix these or really even acknowledged the inconvenience of these broken items was very disappointing.

Crowded pool area but exercise area was great. Enjoyed long walks around the lake and always felt safe.

Does the job

The place was clean, safe and a decent little condo to stay for my daughter Vball Nationals. Lots of thing and restaurants around. Communication with owners were great they did a great job responding to my needs. It was perfect spot for me for the price. Thank you for letting us stay.

Quiet and Relaxing

We loved that is property was towards the back of the complex and was for the most part very quiet. The apartment was very clean and perfect for us.

Not very Covid friendly

Cons - for charging $150 a night this property is really cheap. They provided no hand soap and no dish soap. When you arrive they only give you one bar of soap for each bathroom. We are big into washing our hands and staying sick free. So it was super fun to tell our kids to go in the shower and get the 1 bar of soap and wash their hands. So no hand soap in the kitchen, hardly any towels, 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 garbage sacks for a 7 day stay. They made it very difficult to stay clean and to sanitize for Covid. You can tell they just did not care. There is a Walmart just down the street but that is a joke. You go there and everything is pillaged and the lines to just checkout are 30 to 45 minutes on average (no matter the time of day you go). We were talking to our person at Walmart who checked us out and he said its always like that and its the norm. He said they close at 10 PM but its 1 before he can leave work because the lines are so long. So we went to get dish soap, hand soap, and washing detergent and the Walmart was all out. So we had to go to a dollar store a long way away. The other downside is all the light switches are made for little kids (about 3 feet off the ground) and the toilets are made for little kids so if your a teenager or adult your luck to get half a cheek on there :) Also, we did not have a good experience with the clubhouse (and that was the main reason we chose to stay here). It is super crowded (they really should have 2 pools for how many units are in the complex) and no one was wearing a mask. People would show up at the crack of dawn and save all the seats and stay there all day. The pool was pretty dirty too (old bandaids and stuff floating). The staff at the main gates were nice and professional but the staff at the clubhouse was really rude and curt. One reason we liked this unit was because it was close to the basketball quart but it was $15 to rent a basketball at the clubhouse. I only had $12 cash so they made me go to the ATM and they changed the access code to the door without telling me so it took over an hour just to rent the basketball. So those are all the cons. Pros - it was quiet, it was family friendly, and it was clean overall. Would I stay there again? No I would not.
