This is our second time staying at this unit. The location is perfect. Easy walk up to the beach. We love staying here and will be back next year!

Week Vacation

Great location and property is more than adequate for a family of up to 6. Great experience. Only feedback would be that cleaning team needs to do a better job of sweeping then mopping the floor prior to rental. At arrival floor felt like the kids just came back from the beach. Would definitely rent again.

Condo was not clean at check-in (floor and toilet). Pool was cloudy most of the week. Beds were very uncomfortable (seemed to be old). Ad said 2 covered parking spaces, but one was outside. Dryer took forever to dry. Picture window looked really neglected. This did not meet expectations for the price we paid.This is my first negative review. We have no interest in renting this property again.

Quick getaway

we booked our stay less then 24 hours arrival only issue I would say is paying for a linen package and linens arrived at 930pm when check starts at 3pm. I expected linens to be on the beds and in bathrooms or at least at the property. Great location great property and great property management company.

Nice place

I was happy with everything inside the condo. However, there was one thing that was really annoying. The cleaning personnel left a very large bag of unclean towels right next to the door as you walk into the condo. We sat the large bag of dirty laundry outside the door hoping the cleaning crew would return and pick it up. The bag of dirty laundry remained in front of the condo the entire time we were there. I tried calling the office, but was unable to get in touch with anyone. I am sure this had to do with the time I called as we weren't at the location most of the time. We were only their in the late evening. I wouldn't have been to upset about the laundry if the bag was tied, but it was open and you could see how dirty the towels were. Other than the aforementioned, the place was a nice place.

Family of 4 review

This rental was a good size for a family of 4. Great distance to the beach and local restaurants/activities. The pool was kept clean. The chairs and tables were dirty and broken around the pool. The unit itself was as advertised, a few missing items such as the DVD player. However, kitchen was well stocked. The rental company gave us the wrong pool code and the wrong WiFi password, and from speaking with others staying we were not the only ones. Not a terrible inconvenience but just another thing to call about. I am on the fence about staying here again. Overall, an adequate condo but for the price I am not sure it’s worth it.

When we arrived the place was filthy the shower curtain in the master was atrocious mold all over it. The flooring was all tile and was cover with sand. The over the stove light was out. The front door mat was ripped and filled with sand. The pool was supposed to be opened but wasn't. I don't think anyone cleaned it before we arrived. The outdoor balcony was filthy with Diritos and trash all over.
