Great place to stay and great value. The description is very accurate and the equipments, WiFi, and welcome information were perfect. Mike was discrete but responsive. We stayed in the summer and it was very hot. The A/C units in every room worked well although they were a little on the loud side. There is plenty of light in the house (better curtains/shades for windows could help for sleep in the morning). The fold out bed was convenient and good for a teenager (probably less for a larger adult). The grill and fire pit worked great and the chairs and shade in the front lawn made it perfect to enjoy at noon and in the evening. Thanks a lot for your welcome in your beautiful home.

Perfect Bridal Stay

I booked this property for my bridesmaids and I to have a cozy girls night sleepover the night before my wedding and a place for the girls to stay the night afterwards. Beautifully decorated, plenty of space for the 5 of us girls to sleep and get ready the morning of (hair & makeup met us there). The apartment was super clean and the location was beautiful! I live close so I will be recommending this property to any family or friends needing a place to stay during their visits!!

Great stay in convenient location

This was our home base while in LC for a wedding. It was well appointed, clean, and quiet. Although the weather wasn't conducive to outdoor activities this weekend, it has a cute little yard with a grill and a picnic table for the use of the renters. Would stay here again when the need arises.

A great place to stay

This rental was amazing for our week long family visit. The amenities are hard to beat. We loved being able to utilize the firepit, BBQ, laundry, and dishwasher. The unit was very clean and the host was responsive, accommodating, and helpful. The stairs going up to the unit are a little steep and after long days of walking around it was sometimes hard for my grandparents to make it up. We would gladly stay again.

Girls Trip

This was such a nice place to stay for the weekend. We planned a very travel heavy trip and this wasn't necessarily a middle ground for us but it is close to Tiverton and we found a wonderful coffee shop to start our day. We really appreciated our stay here.

This property was wasn’t just clean it was immaculate! Everything you could need was provided. Mike and Cora were also very quick at responding to some questions I had even at 10:00pm at night. I would absolutely stay here again

Lovely apartment

Great stay overall. Us and our three kids (10, 6, and 7 months) were all very comfortable in the accommodations. The owners were also extremely quick to respond to an internet outage and had us back up and running in 15 minutes.

Peace in Little Compton

Very nice and quiet location with all the comforts of home. We had one day of rain and felt very comfortable staying at the site. We loved the central location to Mystic CT, Cape Cod and Boston. Well maintained and pleasant home base for exploring.

What a pleasure!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was spotless, well equipped and very roomy. The putside fire pit and chairs were great and we enjoyed it so much. I’d go back there any time I’m in Little Compton.
