This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Great location and nice amenities. The house is well furnished and clean. Having 3 King beds is nice for the adult couples, and the bunk room is awesome for the kiddos! The community picks up trash pretty much daily, which is nice to have with larger groups. Kitchen is fully equipped, and there are lots of beach toys for the kids. Two sets of washer/dryer is also a big plus for larger groups. This property pretty much has it all! Can't think of a single negative comment.

Family vacation extraordinaire

We brought our family to Coconut Telegraph for the week. We were treated to great weather and a house that was perfect for the week. We were close to the water over looking the beach, a well furnished house that we considered very livable. The top bedroom over looking the water provided us with a beautiful sunrise and an unbelievable view of the thunderstorms as they rolled in. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood and readily accessible to 30A. I highly recommend Coconut Telegraph as the place to stay for a family vacation.

Best Beach House

Coconut Telegraph is an amazing home with lots of space for our multigenerational family vacation. We spent two weeks here for the 9th year in a row. The kitchen is well equipped- we do a lot of cooking. Bedrooms are very comfy and spacious. Kids love the bunk room - lots of giggling from there at bedtime! Balconies are awesome with a great view of the beach and one with a street view of Carillon Beach. We plan to return next year. Ashley and Kathy do a great job and are readily available to answer any questions. Highly recommend this home!

Dream setup - this one is

This is a real gem of a home and feels like we found our forever classic beach vacation home to keep returning to! Doesn't feel like a rental and is furnished beautifully and comfortably with the right touches to feel extra special (holy smokes that shower in primary suite)! Special touch of the secret play area for kids.Our family had a range of ages from kids to grandparents and it knocked it out of the park for everyone. THE VIEW is jaw dropping as is the spectacular electric blue green water that is your own private beach. House had toys for kiddos and fantastic umbrella/chair concierge that quickly became something we didn't know we needed and now don't want to live without! Groceries and nearby towns all super close. Fantastic service with owners and rental company. Couldn't be a more total package home!

Perfect beach getaway

Coconut Telegraph was the perfect spot for our end of summer getaway with family and close friends. The location is awesome, the community is amazing, and the home is even better than the pictures. Communication was thorough and quick, and we were able to ensure we had everything we needed before our stay. The house was also well equipped for the kiddos. We hope to be back again soon!

A nice week with the family

This house has a lot of great spaces and the community is beautiful. Each couple had their own bathroom, and the others shared the common bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is well stocked with gadgets. The new charcoal grill was great. Being steps away from the beach was so worth it. The towels, chairs, and beach toys and gear are a nice amenity, too.

This was our second year staying at Coconut Telegraph and it was as spectacular the second time as it was the first time. The master bedroom has a stunning view of the beach. Plenty of room and ocean front allowed easy access for our 1 year old grandchild.

4th time at Coco Tele

This is our 4th time at Coconut Telegraph! Have been twice with friends + their families and twice with our extended family (parents & sisters + kids) - Coconut Telegraph never disappoints! The location is top notch. On the beach, but also close walking distance to pool, park, sports courts and the Beach Cafe / Lake Powell Pizza. House has all the amenities. Kitchen is well-stocked for cooking necessities & the large table makes for wonderful gatherings and great memories!

Native to Atlanta I grew up visiting the area from Destin all along 30-A, we have owned property in the area since 1999. I own and manage property in the Atlanta area and have managed our vacation properties from Blue Mountain beach to Carillon with the idea of making them your home away from home. After selling property in Seagrove in 2014-15 we decided to move to the uncrowded beaches of Carillon. There is nothing like it on this coast. I hope you love it as much as we do!

Carillon is such a unique neighborhood. Being gated helps you feel secure about younger travelers riding bikes around the area or to one of the three pools. There are tennis courts and basketball courts and even a kids playhouse area. The community offers so many amenities inside a secure environment, we love that. As a bonus the beach area services only Carillons 360 lots, all of which are not currently built on, is nearly a mile long. No chance of even 2 deep chairs here, you have your own spot of beach and it is quiet and peaceful.
