She came one night late because she lost the flight, and then called in a middle of the night to states that is going to arrive at 3:15am and at 4:15 am in her second day of stay she made the check in with the owner and at the next day she called to cancel the reservation because she booked another place. After she used the unit she did a complete charge back from her bank that is now under investigation. That mean that after we did a arrangement of payment, provided more information, allowed a check in at 4am and used the unit for two nights then she requested to her bank all her payment. We lost the income because we was unable to rent again because she used. After she take advance of us she wrote a negative review. We aware of people like Robin who are a complete scam and use to take advance from local business in our island of Puerto Rico. She is never welcome again neither I recommend that you let a person like her book your unit.

Dear Richard you used the unit with 5 others young males and in any moment after I called you to provide tour guide info and we talk over the phone with other extracurricular activities to do in the island you never contacted me back with any complain during your stay. Is to my surprise that now you use this method when my personal was in direct contact to you providing you extra supplies and in that moment you never address any issue. In regarding to the power, yes, one night the city of San Juan had a shortage and I called Luma the company who manage the power in the island and it was for few hrs during the night and then went back because I make sure you had by 6am. So it’s very unfortunate that after you stay, we gave you mo supplies and companies to assist you in your stay in the island you use this method to make complaints out of reality. Next time use the dialogue and direct request because before and after we was in communication with you and we answer immediately messages and address fast concerns that are brought to use
