4BR/2BA - BR1:1Q, BR2:1Q, BR3:1Q, BR4:2F, Enjoy great beach views and seasonal sunsets from your swings and lounge chairs on the front porch, or simply cross the street for easy access to the beach. Dine or enjoy provided puzzles and games on the private back deck. Fantastic recent upgrades include: open floor-plan with bamboo floors and granite counters throughout, stainless appliances, new HVAC, Washer and dryer. The front bedrooms have sliders to the porch; you can read in bed and see the ocean. Walking distance to coffee shop, restaurants, grocery store parks and farmers' market. Outside hot/cold shower, Dishwasher, Microwave and WIFI. No Pets. No Smoking. Linens included in weekly and less than 7 day stays only. 2 night minimum rates available in Value - Resort Seasons. Please call our office to inquire. Check-In: 3-5PM, Check-Out: 10:00AM.

Good Location- Close to Middleton Park

Living room furniture was old, stained and uncomfortable. Four TV’s listed in description but none were operating. Immediately contacted rental agency and after multiple phone calls to them, no resolution on the TV issue for our entire stay. ( 8 nights) No screens on any of the doors or windows and sliding doors were not operational. Security deposit was paid by Credit Card, but refunded a month later via CHECK.

Rustic but very clean.

Great vacation home. The location was awesome. The layout of the house is great. My only wish was that the furniture was a little more comfortable in the living area.

Great Location

Location was great with easy access to the beach and dining. The place was not as clean as we have come to expect. Furniture was not comfortable and the ceiling was delaminated in several spots.

Enjoyed our visit!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Natural HI. The house was very well set up for the 3 of us. Location is great...close to park, restaurants, grocery stores and the beach!

Nice House...poor communication

We reported an issue with the rental company the day after we moved in. The issue never got solved the entire week we were there. The rental company could not contact the owner and I was only getting updates if I called back every couple of days.

Great location

We had a great time! Close to many grocery stores and restaurants, yet far enough away to escape and enjoy the beautiful views from the front porch and excellent beach walks. Home is adequately stocked for dining in and spacious for relaxing and spending time making memories. Beds and furniture were not the most comfortable and could use some updates. However, overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Family Spring Break- 1st time in Oak Island

We couldn’t ask for a better location for a place at the beach! The house is perfectly located for easy access to the beach (especially with our kids needing potty breaks). The out door shower had hot water to get clean before going inside. The house served its purpose for sure. I would suggest bringing your own blankets and pillows for your stay. The homeowner needs to replace pillows and covers. The house came with the linen package which was nice. We didn’t have cable or internet when we stayed there. TVs were in each room, but DVD players were not located where described. Coffee maker needs to be replaced. Rental company didn’t respond properly with issues. No call to let our family know they were coming to fix the internet or cable. We did enjoy our stay, just wanted to have TV to watch at night with the kids.

Nice little 4br, 2 bath.

Can see ocean easily from deck, including beautiful sunsets. Beach public entrance immediately across the street. Bare minimum supplied- just fyi. Bring your own paper towels, coffee, creamer, extra toilet paper (one roll per br supplied), hand soap, hair dryer, dish washer soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner/bath soap. Really nothing is supplied. Several beds had a single blanket without comforter. No beach towels or beach chairs. Would rent again, just good to know that need all above supplies.

Overall nice place

Great location and views for being across the street from the beach. Nice renovations. The beds and couches were very uncomfortable. Every time you rolled over to sleep the bed squeaked and a coil hit your back. Couches were hard as a rock. Need to add new mattresses and couches to the list. Otherwise everything else was nice.

Wonderfully relaxing

The rental agency was quick to resend a cleaning person to finish an almost completed job. The house was so convenient to the beach and grocery stores. One teen easily walked the half mile to souvenir shops. There was plenty of room for 7 of us. The outside shower was an excellent way to keep sand out of the house.

Location is perfect!

The location of this property is perfect. Many stores and restaurants are within walking distant. The public beach access was right across the street. Very convenient with young children. The property was clean and stocked well with kitchen tools although we didn't cook much while there. The front porch has a great view of the ocean and you get an amazing breeze from the water. The two porch swings were a favorite among all of us! There are definitely some improvements that could be made. Some of the pillows are useless and need to be replaced and two of the queen beds were very noisy and squeaked every time you moved at night. Overall I would stay here again.
