Sandpiper is a terrific low-rise property of only three levels. Many like staying on the first level, close to the pool, while others enjoy being on the top floor for the view of the Gulf. Be sure to give Bender Realty a call when you are ready for your next visit to the Gulf Coast!

Exciting news: This condo is receiving great new updates, including new flooring throughout. This spring will see new living room furniture and bedroom updates. We can't wait to see you back at Sandpiper!

We were in contact with security all throughout the week, particularly when a call would come in about noise. There was security presence, although you may not have seen them while they were there.
