It was a close unit to Hideaway park (we were there for our annual trip for the Winter Park Jazz Festival) We believe that the unit could have been a little cleaner and had more towels and wash cloths in the unit and the owner could have gotten back to us sooner on when and how we could access the unit. He only got back to us after we had to call VRBO a day prior to our stay. Would stay there again but they need a new cleaning crew. We left it in better shape than we found it

Spring Break '25

This property was the perfect place for us! The location to the bus stop, town, and park could not be any better. The hot tub was fabulous after a day of boarding. The beds were comfortable, and there are plenty of bathrooms! We will be back!

Great winter stay!

Wonderful, warm and cozy family condo with a lot of homey personality! This home felt very welcoming for our family of kids, parents, and grandparents on a very cold weekend! Hosts are extremely generous- The house is one of the best stocked I've ever seen in terms of supplies, food items, bath supplies, etc- much appreciated to make the stay easy and not have to do shopping trips, especially on a weekend where it barely got above zero! Fantastic instructions and communication and it felt very easy and welcoming to stay there. House is also full of fun games and supplies that made it feel very warm and like you are staying at a friend's place rather than a more sterile income property. Wonderful getaway overall, and thank you to the hosts!

Family Ski Trip

This property is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. It is rustic yet homey and comfy. Very well furnished and we have never seen a kitchen so well stocked. Location is outstanding and easy to walk to shops and dining. Short drive to the slopes. Hope to rent it again in the future.

Great 2 day Getaway

Came into Winter Park for a quick getaway before Christmas. Mr. Pearson's property was just what we were looking for, very clean, and advertised correctly. We thoroughly enjoyed our quick 2 night stay and would recommend it highly to others. Thank you very much Pearson family.

Great location

The location is amazing! Right across from the park with a sledding hill. My 7 year old wanted to go sledding everyday. Every room was clean and had many great amenities. We were able to walk to the shuttle Lift easily. The only negative I have is the microwave was a bit broken. The turn table did not fit so didn’t turn and you had to use express cook because the Time Cook button didn’t work. Overall, great place highly recommended for kids with the park across the street.

Great spot. Great stay

Stayed at this Vrbo with some friends for a wedding. Wonderful Vrbo. Very clean and spacious. Great location- very walkable to downtown. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Winter Park.

Great location

We loved the location of this unit. We traveled with two families. The kids bedroom was a little small for our aged kids but would be perfect for littles. Overall the unit was great. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Fun weekend

The condo has a nicely stocked kitchen with dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The location next to the tubing hill was convenient for our grandkids and they loved the hot tub.

Great stay

House was perfect for what we needed, hot tub was great after a long day skiing. Bus route hardly ran which made the stop right in front of the house kinda useless, but thats no fault of the property owner. Would definitely stay again. 🙂

Great Convenient Condo

A wonderful and beautiful condo with all the amenities needed. It was right across the street from the venue for the Winter Park Jazz Festival at Rendezvous Event Center. Very clean and updated. Spacious rooms! Great place for a getaway!

Great property close to park, town and skiing.

Great weekend getaway. 4 adults and 4 kids. Enjoyed skiing, the park, walking around town. Condo was great for cooking in, sitting in hot tub and hanging out.

Great value for prime location

Great location in town, and had everything we needed or wanted. Great space for our two couples and three teenage boys. Well-stocked and plenty of room to spread out, for both people and gear. Only a couple very minor nits. The master bed is super high off floor, borderline dangerous when not familiar with it (...and with a couple cocktails from the night before :)). And the parking situation wasn't great. The driveway appeared to have been shoveled pretty poorly over the course of the season, at least to my eye. It had narrowed to point that there wasn't enough room to enter/exit the car on both sides. And very thick and uneven/sloped ice had accumulated on both sides that it could be dangerous for kids, seniors, or anyone with their hands full (trash, ski gear, etc). I imagine this is largely due to the north-facing aspect and being late in the season when we were there. I just think that some combination of better shoveling and/or salting could have improved it. Also, there is plenty of on-street parking within a few steps, so there's a workaround during the day (can't park overnight). Both the bed and parking comments are more FYIs for the owner than they are complaints. I don't detract from the value of the property for either. All in all, great place and would absolutely stay there again and recommend to friends.

Great Stay!

We had a wonder time staying in Winter Park. The rental was perfect for what we were looking for. The smallest issue is that we forgot to bring body wash/shampoo for showers and the unit didn’t seem to have any.

We are Chris and Sue, the lucky owners of 100 Sawyer Circle and live in Boulder with our two children Madeleine and Ellie. Originally from the UK (Yorkshire), we moved to Colorado in 2004 for 5 years and fell in love with the lifestyle and beauty of the state. Year round we love to get to the mountains and enjoy snowboarding, hiking and biking.

After years of snowboarding in Breckenridge, we discovered Winter Park and were hooked on the authenticity, great mountains and year round activities. We looked at properties in WP, Fraser, Tabernash and Granby but in the end decided that the location of Sawyer Circle just couldn't be beat. In the off season it has been great to walk out of the front door with the kids to the playground, into town for food and drinks or onto a hiking trail. The garage and free ski bus stop being outside the front door was the clincher so we could just dump the car on Friday night and play all weekend!

Although we only bought the townhome in the early Summer of 2015 we have put a huge amount of effort and time upgrading it. The place is now immaculate with great decor and furniture and with all of the comforts of home. We wanted somewhere where we could invite our friends up with their kids and not feel cramped and we definitely got it with this townhome. Lastly, the hot tub is fantastic. Sitting
in there in the Summer with a cold beer watching and listening to the great free concerts was heaven.
