The location of the apartment was an easy walk to the town centre, great to not have to use the car all the time. The apartment was clean, well appointed for our needs and provided ample space for our family of 5 to relax. Loved the personal touch of a table cloth on the balcony table!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apartment in victor Harbour, very close to the beach. The location was fist class. Unfortunately the experience, for the cost - was not. No extra toilet paper, washing detergent, dishwashing tabs, dish wipe (all the little things that can be annoyed ting to have to source while on holiday) we’re not provided. When I attempted to contact our host, via phone and message, I had absolutely no response. When I contacted Unwind Holidays, they responded to say it was our hosts responsibility. Poor service for the amount charged.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very excited to get away with the kids for a week! When we arrives we were excited about the location very ideal. The entrance gate wouldn't open as per instructed, we had to find another option, lucky for us the driveway was clear, as other parking bays were inline where we had to drive through to access ours. Room was not clean, heating did not work, even outdoor area and cooking facilities were dirty. We couldn't even use the oven! When contacting the landlord friendly enough via text, but other than a housekeeper who feel sick and cleaned the couch nothing else was attended too and no refund etc given. Unfortunately we won't be staying again.

This apartment had not cleaned. It was terrible. On arrival tried calling the numbers provided but no answer and then one of the numbers was for a previous owner whom told us to throw his contat info in the bin. this was a terrrible experience, not worth it at all.

Great place to stay in Victor Harbour

We really enjoyed our stay. The size of the unit, rooms and layout was great and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and in the spacious living room. Plenty of beds for a larger family. The traffic can get a bit noisy with the balcony door open and its not right in the centre of town or right on the beach but it certainly was a pleasant walk to town and the beach was only a 100m away. The block is very secure with a keyed gate for access so felt very safe. The décor of the unit is quite modern and appealing however it did have some minor cracking in the walls, scratches and damage in the bathrooms and some minor maintenance issues which overall did not effect our stay at all. The unit was very clean and tidy and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a great weekend.

Value for Money

The Block apartment no.1 was good value for our budget, located close to town Centre, walking distance to most attractions, shops and pubs. The unit was big enough for 6 adults, the kitchen was well appointed, with the exception of no pantry space. Two bathrooms were handy but not enough hot water, had to keep switching the power. The living room and balcony was an excellent space to enjoy. I would recommend this property.

A nice holiday unit

The two level unit was very pleasant - two double beds and two double bunks - could accommodate two families. There was a good view of the sea and the end of Granite Island. The provision of the basics for breakfast was a very nice touch (one that we had never seen before).

Balcony locked and dirty, no key for it. DVD player not working properly. No toilet paper refills and limited supplied, ant problem and we baught spray, bannister on stairs dangerously loose and we tightened it, kitchen stools missing rubber and dirty.

Fantastic venue

The venue is very conveniently located within easy walking distance from the main shopping centre and some fast food places, and also the old town including pubs as well as the bridge to Granite Island. The place itself was huge and suitable for a large family split over two floors. Everything was clean, working and very comfortable! Nothing complex about operating any of the equipment! Really enjoyed our stay here and was easy to find off the main road. The only thing people might find disappointing is that there's NO WiFi! If you want a holiday away from that sort of thing or you are able to get a gprs signal then this is the perfect place for you, but if like us, you are from overseas and it is expensive to turn on your gprs roaming, then WiFi becomes a lot more important and you will be stuck living your holiday at Mc Donalds in order to be able to stay in touch!

Great View

Great getaway to finish our schooling, great comfort, great view and great price. We really enjoyed our stay, will definitely try to come back! The convenience was amazing, close to the main street, and large food stores (eg. coles), the shopping centre was close by too. Easy walk to Granite Island.. The view sold it though! A down side was the cleanliness of the actual apartment, the floors didn't appear dirty, but left feet black, and the pillows smelt really bad… apart from that everything else was excellent!
