Treasure island

The view was awesome Especially watching the sun set from on the roof of the building on comfy couches . Saw dolphins daily from balcony , very clean, love the pool n hot tub . Only drawback was great location , only downside was dog barking all time in room nearby . Will stay again for sure !!

Best Beach on Treasure Island

Great location, great view! Would definitely stay here again. Least crowded beach in the area, which is a huge plus for us. Beds and pillows were comfy! Toaster was a little iffy and couldn't figure out tv, but those are first world struggles. 😎🏖️🍹

Breathtaking sunset views

Sunset & Sandy Toes 403W did not disappoint. The unit was clean (which is ALWAYS my highest priority). No carpeting, recently updated bathrooms, nice kitchen, plenty of towels! There was a small odor when we first arrived but I think it was because the unit had been closed up. The views from the balcony are unparalleled! Excellent area with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice condo

Needs to work on cleaning. Found clothes of others , baby bottle tops in closet, fire alarm batteries going dead and 2 tv remotes didn’t work even after putting in new batteries

Very nice!

We were not disappointed! This place was very clean and updated. Perfect location also. We enjoyed being within walking distance of some of the best seafood around.

I have used VRBO many many times over the years and have usually found the post to be pretty accurate but with this rental I was quite disappointed. Check in went ok. We were given a parking pass with our room number assigned to a specific space. When we opened to door we were meet with a odor. Smoking, damp, musty. I immediately started coughing. We opened all the doors and I sprayed cologne throughout. The photos that were online with the rental were apparently of a different rental. I was expecting a clean, nicely furnished rental but the walls did not look like they had been painted in ages, the carpet was very dirty, the tile floors were so dirty that just walking over them left you feet black, dirty and grime on the woodwork. Just all in all not clean. The small couch and one chair were like furniture in an assisted living waiting area (plus they were old and smelly). There was a 4 cup coffee maker and very little in the way of kitchen utensils. The freezer was leaking air so was frozen over on the top. The bedding was dingy and the sheets didn’t fit the bed. We had to fight them every night just to get in the bed. The balcony had several cigarette butts on it and was extremely dirty. The washer had so much sand in it that when I took the washed clothes out there was sand all over them. Every morning we would go out for breakfast and when we would return the parking place that was assigned to the room it would be occupied and I would have to search for the person who had parked there which was usually a maintenance person or someone else who worked at the complex before we could park. We looked for a different place to stay but could not find anything for the amount of time we were there. I emailed the people we rented from but got no response back. I went across the street and spoke to a lady in the office about the issues I had and was told the lady that was usually there wasn’t in at the moment and there wasn’t much she could do. I did hear her say when I was walking out of the office that I was a KAREN. I was very surprised. I had been very polite had not even addressed many of the issues. I had just asked where we were supposed to park when someone was in our assigned spot and inquired about the facility being smoke free. Just a very disappointing experience. I would definitely not stay here again. Being unclean is one thing I cannot tolerate.

Perfect little piece of heaven

This property was perfect. Two well sized bedrooms and bathrooms, adequate living space and kitchen, and nice ocean front balcony. We were only steps away from the beach which was clean and gorgeous. This particular section of the beach was relatively quiet as well which is nice. Communication with the host was wonderful - prompt and informative. Didn't use the pool but always nice to have! I would book this again without hesitation.

Great location, great size apartment. Could use some updating. However, my only complaint is about the 3 roaches we killed. That was a huge turnoff.

Can’t beat the location. Furniture was comfortable but worn! Unit could be cleaner especially the floors!

Extremely dirty unit

I travel quite a bit so my research is extensive when I do. This unit was nowhere near accurate in the description. The unit was extremely dirty. I called to complain and they sent a maid to take care of it but the floors and exhaust fan were still disgusting. There is nothing more frustrating than having to wear shoes inside in order to avoid getting black feet. I would never recommend this property. Plus, the elevators were slow if they even worked and they didn't on our departure so we had to carry everything down three flights of stairs. We were never able to stream on our fire sticks that we brought because there was no internet. The list goes on and on... The only great thing was Sean. Thank you for trying to help.

Great spot!

This condo is in the best location in Treasure Island. 1/2 mile to Publix and Walgreens, super close to great restaurants, and there aren't huge condos by it, so the beach was wide open during the day. The only down side was the furniture in the condo was more than tired (and stained) and needs to be replaced. Other than that it was an amazing experience!
