Beach front condo with balcony

Beautiful beach front studio condo, located directly on Treasure Island beach. The room includes a king size bed where you can fall asleep to the sounds of waves crashing. A kitchen with granite counters, microwave, pots, pans, dishware and utensils, stainless appliances, etc.
This is the perfect place to get away and relax. The beautiful sunsets are just waiting to be viewed from the comfort of your balcony or step outside the resort and put your toes in the white soft sand. A tiki bar downstairs offers refreshing beverages, and snacks by the pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Newly renovated Island Inn Resort has 2 elevators for easy access to the 4th floor room, a pool with a fun tiki bar, outside grills and covered tables are available for use. Beach chair/cabana rentals are available on the beach. Free parking is available infront of the resort or across the street.
Walking distance to local bars and restaurants and a short ride to the famous John's Pass. A beach trolleys run every half hour. Boat docks are available for rent across the street. The unit has been family owned for 10 years.

The condo had everything needed and was close to restaurants and stores. The pictures were accurate and the condo was comfortable. The owner (Amanda) was easy to reach and communicated well. There were a few items that we had mentioned to her after the trip that she would address/fix for the next guests. Overall, it was a nice stay with great weather.

We had a wonderful stay here. The size was perfect for 2 of us with amazing views of the Gulf. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchenette allowed us to make fresh coffee each morning and also cook lunches and dinners if we did not want to go out. Bathroom could use an update just to freshen it up - -but in no way a deal killer. Chairs and umbrellas were a very nice perk. Communication with the host was outstanding - super quick responses and always helpful. Highly recommend this rental!

Perfect beach getaway!

We loved this cozy beach studio! We enjoyed the view of the Gulf out of the balcony and of course, the spectacular sunset! We also liked that we could walk to local restaurants and shops. Definitely this place is a beach gem.

The view

We have stayed at Island Inn Resort several times. It has amazing views of the Guilf from every room. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious and clean.
