Perfect!!

I love this house!! It’s beautifully appointed, and literally has everything you would need in a beach house. The dishes and glassware seem to be brand new! The bedding is very soft and comfortable. And the mattresses are perfect. The welcome basket was very well stocked with wine and all the goodies you can imagine! I can’t wait for next stay!!!

Fabulous Two Week Escape

Lisa’s house was exactly as promised and a wonderful escape in Napeague. She was flexible and understanding while I was working out the details of my trip, while helpful in answering any little questions I had. The house was comfortable and the location can’t be beat. Lovely deck and grill for evening meals, the beach is amazing and we all slept perfectly in the comfy beds and air con. To top it all off, we were welcomed by a thoughtful welcome basket that reflected the care Lisa puts into her home.

Second year staying at this home and what can I say simply marvelous ! Brand new bathroom looks great. Great communication from the owners to ensure we had what we needed. Can’t wait to return next summer !

Just what I had in mind 🌊☀️

Our stay at 27 Leeton was fabulous. The welcome basket set the tone for our two week stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was a short walk to the beach. Also nice restaurants to travel to between Amagansett and Montauk. Close to Montauk Downs was a special bonus. I would definitely go back to this property. Lisa was super organized and communicative. Can’t wait till next summer ☀️🌊🦀

We had a terrific stay at the beach

We very much enjoyed our stay at 27 leeton. Lisa was very accessible at all times. The space was clean and comfortable and the beach was beautiful. We would love to return next year.

Excellent stay yet again!

Our second summer staying at Lisa's home, we love it so much! Perfect location and the home improvements she made were exceptional. The front deck is definitely where we spent all of our time when not on the beach! Cannot wait to return next summer!

Amazing beach rental and amazing host

I stayed here with my girlfriends for 2 weeks for a much needed vacation. Lisa was simply the best host. She made sure the check-in process was easy and checked in throughout the week to make sure we were accommodating. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. It was literally right down the street from the beach, so we walked there every day. It is about 13 minutes from the center of Montauk which was very convienant. It was honestly the perfect vacation house, and I highly recommend it for couples, a family, or girlfriends who need a vacation!

Perfect beach house

This house met all of our expectations for the perfect beach vacation. 3 spacious bedrooms updated bathrooms and an outdoor shower to boot ! We loved hanging on the deck with our cocktails and the proximity to one of the most gorgeous beaches in the Hamptons. Lisa was so friendly and responsive. This house is a gem ! Hoping to return soon .

Incredible trip!

Lisa’s house was perfect - clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a beach weekend. She was so easy to communicate with and made us feel so welcome. The neighborhood and location are unbeatable! We will definitely be back.

Cute and clean in the perfect location

This cute welcoming home is exactly as it looks in the pictures and top notch in terms of cleanliness. The location is unbeatable and the host is so easy to reach. Will definitely go back!

Summer getaway

Fantastic trip!! Lisa was so wonderful to work with, very responsive and sweet. The house was in a perfect location- 5 minute walk to the gorgeous beach and a quick drive to Amagansett and Montauk! We enjoyed every second, the location truly couldn’t have been any better! The house was great and had a fun, beachy feel- the portable AC cooled the kitchen and living room and there were portable fans in each room. It was sparkling clean and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with anything we could need. The neighborhood itself is beautiful and very quiet- we enjoyed our walks each day. Lisa made our stay extra special and we look forward to returning one day!
