Very spacious amd the children had a blast!. Everything was clean and there was plenty of restauramta within ealking distance.

Surprise

I planned this family vacation as a surprise for my husband. Turns out we were all surprised! Not expecting the cockroaches…… it seriously was not expected. The only other damper on the situation was renting our umbrellas and chairs…… I got a song and dance about why they couldn’t do st up etc….. loved the umbrellas and chairs, but…. So overall we loved the the getaway….. the beach did not disappoint.

Great location!

This home was perfect for our group of friends. The beach is only a few short steps away and there are ample beach umbrellas and toys. Many of the beach chairs are broken so bring your own chair. The house is modestly appointed but has everything you need to cook and relax. The downstairs king mattress is ready to be replaced but okay for a week. This property is well worth booking. We would go again!

Older but would stay again

Check in was very easy. Was able to check in a few hours early which was awesome! The location is amazing and the view from the deck is fantastic. The house in general is need of some major TLC. It needs updating and just general fixing honestly. The deck boards going out to the beach are not attached to anything and are dangerously close to someone falling through! Make sure you stay on the one side that’s screwed down! Some doors won’t open, some drawers almost fall out, not huge things just an older home needing some care. However that being said I would definitely stay here again. For the price and location you can’t beat it. The description is also lacking some info as far as: there IS a washer and dryer and there IS toys and umbrellas etc.

A tired house in a fabulous location

The location was great, steps away from shops and restaurants. The porches offered relaxing shade and a wonderful ocean view. The house itself is tired and needs updating, as well as pest control.

This house is amazing!! Plenty of room for all of our family and had ample bathrooms! The walk to the beach was a breeze and the view can’t be beat!

Sisters Beach Trip

The house was in a great location. Very homey feeling w/lots of interesting history shown. The kitchen cud use a little updating especially since our group loves to cook...all in all we wud rent this property again..

Property matched the description/ pictures. Would be nice if the upstairs bedroom leading to the outside porch had a king bed. We also suggest a gas grill in lieu of the charcoal grill. Appears that the owners have not been there in a long time, we found several instruction notes several years old. Could use a good vacuuming wall to wall, plenty of debris behind the nightstands and under the beds near the walls. We removed a few big beetles from the inside, probably could use an exterminator before it gets out of control. We did enjoy the facility and the location.

Felt like home

Beautiful home in a great location. Was nervous being close to Myrtle but the beach wasn’t crowded and there was a life guard on duty from the public access just a few houses down. Everyone was happy and there was plenty of room to spread out. Also loved the long dining room table. We would definitely go back. Only slightly down thing I can even think of was make sure you push the dish washer door in until It clicks or it will take your shin out! But that’s really a non-issue. Over all AWESOME!

Fantastic location

Our family rented Floramay 1 short notice after our Oak Island rental was hurricane damaged. So this rental literally saved our vacation! The house is very spacious with well equipped kitchen. Very worn home interior in need of refresh and small repairs but nothing of concern that ruined our visit... House was clean upon arrival. Loved that nearly all had their own bathrooms. Porch was awesome with the rocking chairs and marvelous view. That end of the beach is very nice with great surf and lifeguard coverage. Walking distance to local restaurants that were very good - highly recommend Hyena Pizza and the drinks at Bubbas. Dunes Realty was responsive and quick when our linens had not arrived. I would recommend an extermination of the house as there were a couple cockroaches inside, but this is SC at the beach so not unexpecteded. Overall we had a great time with family!
