Perfect Weekend Getaway

There are not enough glowing things I can say about this property and the property manager! What am truly amazing weekend getaway house. The amenities were so far above and beyond our expectations that once we got to the property, we didn't want to leave! The patios are perfect for sunsets, dinners and visiting with friends. The hot tub was our favorite ending of the day. The property manager was so helpful and communicative through out the week leading up to our stay. We will definitely be back to stay again. A totally wonderful experience and home!

Great House, Great Location, Great Host!

We had a great experience with Krishna and the house. Krishna was very responsive and clear about house rules and instructions. The house itself was great. Open floorplan, plenty of space, and very secluded and peaceful. It was clean as could be, nicely furnished and well-equipped with a great kitchen/living area suited for cooking, entertaining, and relaxing. The beds were super comfortable and the patio area was a great location to sit and enjoy morning coffee. Though the house is a little further out of town, that does offer welcomed serenity, and it is not too far away to pop into town at will. Really happy with our experience and we’d certainly stay here again!

Hill Country Heaven

We loved our stay at Ladera. It had been on our VRBO radar for awhile and did not disappoint. Layout of the house worked well for 3 couples. Huge, beautiful well appointed kitchen. Big patio in the back sporting a vista view; deer and turkey sightings. Comfy beds and furnishings. Attentive communication with the house host on a few issues we had. Excellent location near Wimberley and Blanco plus many scenic drives in the area. A true happy getaway from a busy city life.

Everything 5 star - clean, comfortable, very well equipped, excellent location in the hills, superb view and setting, peaceful and quiet yet convenient to Wimberly and Dripping Springs. Can spend all day in pj’s and be perfectly content to stay in. Thank you!

A beautiful Vista and home.

We were gone from the house much of the time but when we were there everything we needed was handy and comfortable. Bed was comfortable ad all was clean. Would have been a perfect place to share with our brother and wife but the flight was canceled. Plenty of private and public space for a couples retreat.

Ladies’ birthday weekend

Every year, my four girlfriends and I choose a small town to celebrate our friend Kristin’s birthday the first week of December - we refer to it as Kristember! Lasers was perfect for the five of us - huge kitchen for the cooks, amazing fire pit area, beautifully decorated … all was so perfect. We were able to attend Wimberley’s Market Day 10 miles away. We will definitely be coming back

Exceptional in every way!

This property is stunning, and the home is truly gorgeous. It's beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and has first-class touches everywhere you look. (The Texas-sized island in the kitchen is a show-stopper!) The Hill Country view from the porch is incredible (got some amazing sunset pictures!), and there was a nice breeze there most of the day. We made S'mores in the fire pit one night and enjoyed walking on some of the trails. Our contact person was gracious and very responsive. We are already looking forward to our next stay at Ladera. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Getaway

This property was exactly what we need to get a way from the stress of the crazy city life in the Houston area. Everything we viewed online concerning this property is as pictured. Not bait and switch. This house and location are the real deal as stated. The house is amazing !!! It has excellent views by day and by night with well lit walkways to the firepit and parking. What I thought was 5 minutes in the hammock one night just stargazing, turned out to be a little over an hour...just plain beautiful. My family and friends occupied the main house while I had the casita all to myself. For me, the casita gave feeling of having a vacation within a vacation...PERFECT ! Quiet and peaceful just are not the right words to use for this house and location. This house is not just a house....it is tranquil and serene home. If given the opportunity to visit this location for a few days or a few weeks in the near future I will. I now consider this my new home away from home. I've never meet the owners of this property. However, I would like to thank the homeowners for sharing a part of the energy, calm, happiness and peace of their gorgeous modern southwestern home with us. Once again, THANK YOU for allow us this brief escape. The administrative and cleaning staff were very kind and considerate. Just a heads up...please provide a mop for the property. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Top of the hill property

We only got to stay here for 3 nights. Overall, it's very high-end property with the location (on top of a hill) and the finishes inside. If it had a pool, it would be just amazing :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The pictures were exactly accurate. The views from up on top of the hill were fantastic! We celebrated our fathers’s 95th birthday and the accommodations were just perfect. Loved the upstairs game room, the big open living room. We would come back for sure!

Relaxing Hill Country Weekend

My family celebrated my husband's 40th birthday at Ladera Estates, and it was absolutely perfect! Incredible views, beautiful home complete with all the furnishings you need, and spacious bedrooms with lots of storage. The home was pretty incredible with a rustic chic feel throughout. My kids loved the upstairs game room, which had fabulous views! The casita created the perfect, private suite for my parents to stay as welll. Coffee on the patio or in the outdoor hammock and taking in the beauty of the hill country was just what this weekend was for!

Great house and location but needs a new cleaning crew!

Great house with ideal location to visit nearby Texas State Parks. House is roomy and furniture is comfortable with modern appliances. Downside was the cleanliness of the house, washer and dryer were full and running with bed linens and towels as we walked in. The floors were very dirty and we also found hair in the casita shower drain. Unfortunately no cleaning supplies were available other than a broom and some swiffer pads (no swiffer stick to be found). From reading the previous review, it sounds like they need to find a better cleaning crew for the property!

Beautiful and Relaxing

First of all the property and the house is as advertised... beautiful and very relaxing. It is a good ways from the everything so that’s def a plus. The house was gorgeous. Very comfortable for my family. The only issue I had was that it was advertised as Being deep cleaned covid style. There were several issues that the cleaning crew left that were a bit gross. Wet laundry left in washer, damp towels left in dryer, old margarita Drink left in the blender in the cabinet, sink was dirty, trash bin was really smelly and had food and dried drink around the can, dishwasher was dirty inside and when we grabbed a pod from under the sink to start it there were a few molded pods we threw away, the grill was gross inside. Like I said We wiped things down and cleaned a bit ourselves and were fine, there was nothing major just Several small issues. Like I said the property and house were absolutely gorgeous, but if you are paying a premium for the cleaning you would think it would be spotless and feel like it had been wiped down. Our first hour there was spent in cleaning mode. After that we enjoyed our stay very much and went sightseeing around the smaller towns within 20-30 min away. The sunsets were amazing!

Beautiful country home

The property is exactly as described. It was a great get away four out family trip. Loved sitting out by the fire pit at nights and relaxing.
