素晴らしい滞在先を探しているなら、ここがあなたの家です。 家は2012年に1階のリビングフロアプラン、3ベッドルーム、2バス、1屋外シャワーで建てられました。 コテージは、キルデビルヒル（マイルポスト6. 5）のサウンド側にあります。 マスターベッドルームにはクイーンサイズのベッドがあり、2つの客室にはフルサイズの二段ベッド（フルオーバーフル）があります。 私たちの家は、サウンドから徒歩3分、ビーチから徒歩10分です。サンセットクルーズを楽しむために大人のビーチクルーザーも含まれています。 ご滞在中に楽しめるWi-FiとDirecTvを提供しています。 キルデビルヒルズの中心部にあり、いくつかのレストラン、ショッピングモール、映画館、食料品店があります。 約2マイル離れたパットパットコースと、自宅から15マイルのアウトレットモールがあります。

2つの重要な注意事項：
1）金曜日から金曜日までレンタルします（オフシーズンは例外となりますが、5月から9月までは、金曜日と1週間のみの変更日でなければなりません）。

The house was spotless and had everything needed for our stay. The neighborhood was very nice and close to a beautiful walking/bike trail. The atmosphere was fun and the furniture/beds were super comfy. It was very close to the beach and lots of great restaurants with delicious seafood. The host's instructions were perfect for easy check in and out. I would recommend this house to others and hopefully plan to stay again soon.

Amazing beach home!

Family tradition 2 years running for coming down to NC and this time around we found the perfect place to stay! Great location, so close to everything! Tons of room for everyone and being able to have our own space can’t be beat! Will be looking at booking for next year!

Perfect location

Exceptional stay and perfect location in Kill Devil Hills. Excellent communication from host and his place was perfect, spacious and clean. Close to beach and tons of restaurants and stores nearby. 100% recommend for OBX and family vacation.

Great house!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was clean and lovely. It had plenty of seating, as well as towels and linens. The owner was very easy to work with and responded to all of my questions. Check-in was a breeze. We also loved the area and highly recommend the Mahi-mahi restaurant! Thanks for a great experience!

Thanksgiving get away

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this very nice and cozy home. We brought everything we needed to prepare our thanksgiving meal but didn’t have to because the home was fully equipped with EVERYTHING you would possibly need. The home is updated and very well maintained. We had one issue with the internet not working properly but Ryan responded in seconds and the problem was resolved in less than five minutes. There were plenty of board games and video games to keep us busy. We truly look forward to booking this location again in the future. Thank you Creegan family for allowing my family to stay at your property.

Great Getaway!

We planned a last minute getaway and quickly found this home available. There are no complaints. Check in was super easy. The home was very clean and really nicely decorated and updated. We did not cook while we were there but the kitchen did have everything needed for cooking or grilling. Like I said - zero complaints. The owner was quick to respond with a couple questions and even offered a few restaurant suggestions.

Great location, beautiful house, awesome Host

We visited for a long weekend to catch the last little bit of sun we could before the winter. Ryan’s house is fully stocked with all of the utensils you need to make a great dinner including a grill that is super clean.. He was easy to contact for any issues and even offered to let us have a late check out on the last day, which was awesome because it 80+ and the previous few days were chilly. We throughly enjoyed this rental snd Ryan has easily been the best host we’ve had in the OBX. Only down side is sometimes the internet wouldn’t work but a simple reset of the router and you were good to go. We look forward to renting this house again in the future. Thanks Ryan!

Good place to stay

It’s very nice place to stay for vacation with families. House is much nicer than pictures and have enough room for our 10 people group. Stocked kitchen supplies and towels and everything. Very close to beach and have no problem to find parking. We had great time staying in this house.

Fantastic vacation

The location of the property was great a short trip to beach and the sound side. The house itself was great and had a lot of things that was nice not to have to buy that were available for use. The neighborhood was great and people were friendly. I would absolutely recommend this rental for anyone who is looking for a place to relax and escape!

Great 2 week stay!!

Great house, everything we needed, and awesome location! Wonderful AC on those hot days! Ryan was great, a gracious host. Deadbolt to the storage room was a little tricky. Fantastic vacation spot!!

Wonderful family vacation!

Our group of 9 included 5 adults and 4 children. Everyone was comfortable and loved the home and area. It was clean and well kept and had a lot of things included that was very helpful to us like toilet tissue, paper towels, bath towels, beach towels, wash cloths, dish cloths, fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware you need to cook anything, spices, games, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. I loved running on the sound side every morning. It is such a beautiful and relaxing area and the people in this neighborhood are so very friendly and welcoming. We decided to drive to the beach instead of the 15 minute walk because we had a lot of things we brought with us.Parking was so easy and it's a 5 minute walk to the beach from the empty Old K-Mart parking lot and it's free. Beach wasn't crowded at all everyday that we went. There was so much to do in the town and surrounding areas. We all agree that we are done with Myrtle Beach and have become lovers of the Outer Banks! It is worth the extra drive for us. Anyone that stays at this home with be very happy with their choice. Ryan could not of been any nicer, more accommodating or easy to work with. Stop looking around and choose this house!

Fishermen Friendly

I have stayed at over 10 different properties in the obx over the years. This property was by far the best value. I came down to fish last minute with a few family members. Ryan called me soon after the booking and welcomed me and went over the basics. The coded check in made it super convenient. The 2 baths and large kitchen and dining room were nice as well. The storage room with extras came in handy as well. It’s already on my radar for next visit.

OBX Getaway

Very nicely appointed light filled vacation home minutes from the wonderful multi-use path along the sound. Having bikes and beach chairs available a real bonus. Wish there had been more outdoor deck space.

End of summer getaway

Ryan was very easy to work with and responsive. The property is newer, so it has that going for it. It is also a block away from the bike path along the sound (we utilized the bikes that are provided every day we were there, which was nice) and a couple minutes drive to the public beach access. The neighborhood is a little spotty, though, with some houses being maintained and some...not. The property is tidy, but would not be up to my level of clean. Several of the windowsills had a buildup of dead mosquitos, that I may not have noticed if it weren’t for my one year old who is at eye level with them and constantly looking out of them while we were in the house. There is also an abundance of roach motels, which having lived at the beach, I understand the need for some kind of preventative or service. But we did see 2 while we were there...one dead by the door right as we entered and one crawling along the ceiling in one of the bunk rooms one morning. The beds, like most hotels and/or rentals, weren’t very comfortable, but they weren’t the worst I’ve slept on either. I did appreciate the fact that the master had drop down black out shades (something you never find in rentals) and the closet was big enough to put a pack and play. Overall, it was a decent rental and for the price and the location, it was as expected.
