Would have been nicer if the owner had cleaned it and put clean sheets on the bed before our arrival. They didn’t check their scheduling.

Remote

The location is on the out skirts of town - at night the roads are dark and winding. The mattress needs replacing because it beginning to taco's in the middle. Oven heats up very slow, shower curtain and liner is way to long and needs to be hemmed. This is a 2nd story garage apartment, so if you are over 5'10" you may want to reconsider bc the ceiling in the bathroom is short. It was very clean and well supplied, water pressure is good. The owner should put some shims of some sort under the desk to keep the drawer closed, due to the slanting of the floor. These are the reasons we gave it 3 stars.

Third Times the Charm

We made a quick trip to Asheville to see our son and his family for an early Christmas gathering. This was our third time to stay in a property hosted by William and Vichi'. As usual, everything was great. They always have everything needed for any length of stay. The Christmas tree in the apartment was such a wonderful added touch. Love staying here and will continue to do any chance we get.

Great stay!

Great stay in a quaint neighborhood. Hosts were very friendly and Beauregard (the family dog) was the best! Loved giving him plenty of belly rubs.

Adorable Private Hideaway

My husband and I had auch a wonderful time at this adorable private hideaway. The property and accommodation were perfect for us. We will definitely be coming back to Asheville, and staying here again!

Cozy place with beautiful views

This place was exactly as it was listed. Cozy and well stocked. My husband and I were visiting our son and his family in Asheville. It was so nice to be able to come back to this cozy little spot in the country every evening and enjoy the sunsets over the mountains. The price is amazing and the place was very comfortable. We hope to be able to book with William and Vichie' again. They were so welcoming and kind. If you are looking for a small, cozy spot with beautiful views, then this is the place for you.

Short Trip to Asheville

We stopped in Asheville for the night on our way to South Carolina. The place was great. The owners where there if you needed them but gave us our space. Would highly recommend.

quiet retreat

If you want peace and quiet after a long day of hiking or site seeing, this place is for you. It is in the country with beautiful views of the mountains in the distant. The house is small but perfect for a couple. Very clean. The kitchen was well arranged with pots, pans, utensils and dinnerware. The owners responded quickly to any questions or requests.

Ultimate Relaxation!

Thank you for a wonderful place to relax and unwind. I enjoyed birdwatching every morning as I sipped my coffee and the peaceful evenings. The bed was comfortable and the linens were soft, which made for great sleep. The kitchen was well equipped for a simple meal in the evening and the reclining couch was super after a day filled with hiking to watch TV. I would stay again if I were in the area again. Super easy to get to.

Perfect cozy retreat.

Perfect cozy place for one or two people. We had a problem with the tub faucet and William wasted no time fixing it. Would definitely return.

Much needed time away

Lovely little get-a-way spot

This is a cozy apartment on a quiet road tucked up on a hill; so peaceful. My husband and I had a great time getting away and visiting our son and his partner, and being able to come back to this lovely spot and chill out. William and Viche are very helpful, and I appreciate their patience with us when we were fixing a payment issue. Thank you again! God Bless.

Perfect location for our get-away.

We loved the more rural location and quietness of the road we stayed on. Our little bungalow had more than enough for my husband and I to enjoy 4 very peaceful nights here. Will and Visché were very considerate of all our needs.

This property is at the perfect elevation to view the entire valley outlined by the mountains. There is always a breeze and the birds don't mind providing the atmosphere with music. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. Sunrise highlights the mountains and their detail with an amber glow. sunset paints the sky with rich pinks and oranges.

This cozy getaway is just that with it's country setting you never feel like you are only a couple of miles from the small town of Candler and only fifteen minutes from the unique downtown Asheville. Rivers Arts area in Asheville, and many more attractions.
