Bill, I appreciate your feedback. Each of the items you mentioned were addressed prior to your review here (without having heard it from you) as a guest mentioned one item and our cleaners spotted the other two. On a guests suggestion, we gave Ozeri Stone Earth pans and inductive pots a trial and when we felt these were the right pots and pans, these were added to the house. We too are not pleased when a pans teflon coating becomes scratched. While you were staying, I lacked details from you on your water issue and since the neighbors who use the same water had no issues at all and my sampling of the water and inspection of the equipment showed perfect results, it was a puzzle. The cleaners helped me spot the issue the day you left, and the next two guests have had no issue (one left a review before yours). I have the same issue in my house.. If you do not use a fawcett for a long time, the water in the pipes becomes discolored for the first few seconds you turn it on. Our cleaners found the issue and we realised that with two persons for twenty days that you had not used a particular set of fawcetts... that is what you discovered for the same reason. We know to check it now if we have had any gaps. I have lived on our very healthy well water for 22 years, and it is perfectly fine. Far healthier for you than "dead" bottled water which has all the minerals filtered out. The cleaners mentioned the tub not draining well, and we had that fixed immediately. The kitchen lights were replaced with LED lights not long ago, so did receive a very recent cleaning! We have actually pre-wired the master bedroom for another TV and in due time that will arrive. On the whole, our guests do report that the pictures and the house is as described (guests do tell it as it is...), and I tend to agree. Thanks for staying. Jonathan

George, in speaking to your wife, all was fine. As you stayed twenty days, I would have appreciated addressing this on day one! The bath mats were less than two weeks old so knowing which would be helpful. I think 50MB is the ballpark to expect and that is quite adequate to work from home. Thanks for staying.
