It was excellent. Four adults over eighty years of age and the bedrooms were upstairs. The stair case had two platforms that make them very doable.

Solvang getaway

Beautiful house, very comfortable, easy walking into town, great location. Everything about the house was great, clean and beds and rooms were comfortable. Everything was a positive except for the nearby construction going on. This woke us up everyday at 7:30 a.m. with banging, clanging and their nail guns.

Very Happy With Stay

The interior of the house was very comfortable and clean. We had 4 adults and two young kids with plenty of room. Great central location. Very secure and safe which was important to us with kids.

Perfect location, perfect layout

We all LOVED this property. It was private. The entire town is in walking distance so we never needed to drive. The house itself was pretty, a great layout, fully equipped. Loved the hot tub! It was super hot in late July but the a/c was fantastic. The check in and check out process was simple. Would 100% stay here again.

Perfect location

The home was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Location was a two minute walk to Main Street in Solvang. Jacuzzi and patio were relaxing. Highly recommend this house. Host was available and communication was timely.

Great location, near perfect

This property is perfectly located to everything in Solvang! Great parking! Super clean. Only issues we had was it had poor ironing board, and poor wine glass selection. Nothing that is make or break, but, a high quality ironing board is great for people who travel and better wine glasses matter in wine country :)

Wonderful amenities and very clean

This was our second stay and we were just as impressed as the first time. The place is super well kept, clean and has every amenity you could need. The only thing was the garage is a little short and our minivan did not fit inside. But it was convenient to park right by the front door. The managers have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommend if you would like an updated and clean place that can accommodate a family.

Downtown Solvang. We are the only approved short term vacation homes in the Tourist Related District. Simply park your car and you can walk to Solvang's restaurants,wine tasting rooms, breweries and gift shops. This is little Denmark in America. You will recognize the architecture as it was used as the basis of the film Frozen by Disney.
This Danish house, new in 2014, is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms home. Sleeps 4 – 8 guests. Granite counter tops, stainless steel Jenn Air appliances, wood floors, comfortably furnished your home away from home. Located in downtown Solvang, you can walk to Theater Fest, restaurants, tasting rooms and breweries. Catch the horse drawn trolley or the wine tour and enjoy a touch of Denmark in America. In addition to close to the finest restaurants and wineries of Santa Barbara County, we have nationally ranked golf courses of California, minutes away. Sandpiper, Rancho San Marcos, Alisal River and La Purisima Golf Course.
