この3ベッドルームと2つのバスルームユニットは、短期休暇のレンタルとして法的に許可されているデンマークの4軒の家の中庭にあります。ホームは、リビングルームのクイーンサイズのソファソファを利用して、ベッドルームに最大6名のゲストと2名のゲストを収容します。 2013年に新しく、花崗岩のカウンタートップ、ステンレススチールジェンエア機器、木製の床、自宅から離れて快適にあなたの家を提供します。 ソルバングのダウンタウンにあり、シアターフェスト、レストラン、試飲室、醸造所まで歩いて行くことができます。 馬が引くトロリーをキャッチしたり、ワインツアーを楽しんだり、アメリカのデンマークの雰囲気を楽しんでください。 家のフロアプランには、キングサイズのベッド、クイーンサイズのベッド、ツインベッドがあります。 さらに、クイーンサイズのソファーベッドがあり、合計8名が宿泊できます。 また、パティオには専用ホットタブとバーベキューがあります。 ガレージに2台駐車、大型車は家の前に直接駐車。24時間年中無休の路上駐車。 他の中庭のVRBOリストを参照するには、VRBO＃823032および＃782829にアクセスしてください。

Guests have loved staying at the house because of their comforts and close proximity to all of the activities of Solvang. Downtown Solvang. We are the only approved short term vacation homes in the Tourist Related District. Simply park your car and you can walk to Solvang's restaurants, wine tasting rooms, breweries and gift shops. This is little Denmark in America.
The Danish house, new in 2014, is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms home which sleeps 4 – 8 guests. Granite counter tops, stainless steel Jenn Air appliances, wood floors, comfortably furnished your home away from home. Located in downtown Solvang, you can walk to Theater Fest, restaurants, tasting rooms and breweries. Catch the horse drawn trolley or the wine tour and enjoy a touch of Denmark in America. In addition, you are close to the finest restaurants and wineries of Santa Barbara County, we have nationally ranked golf courses of California, minutes away. Sandpiper, Rancho San Marcos, Alisal River and La Purisima Golf Course. Fishing at Lake Cachuma, or sea fishing at Refugio State Beach, kayaking at Santa Barbara Harbor, or hiking at Davy Brown's Campground. Many adventures to be found.
