Epic Mountain Bike Weekend

Great, clean property next to trails (quick access to Red Barn and Ozone). Beautiful neighborhood! House is equipped with all the needs! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Bentonville Perfect

This house was great for our family gathering.(6 adults 5 active kids) room for all and clean as can be. Wonderful neighborhood, short drive to town, bike and hiking trails everywhere! Can’t wait to return!

Biking trip

House is very spacious, clean, and the key was easy to find upon arrival. We liked the location to the local biking areas such as Slaughter pen, and Coler. We biked from the house most of the time. The bike stand in the garage came in handy for working on the bikes. We had a great stay.

Great experience

This was the second time we have stayed here. We stayed with 2 other families, this is the perfect property for that with every family able to have their own private bath. Will continue to stay here as long as our event stays in Bentonville

Wonderful!

This home is wonderfully furnished and comfortable for families. We really enjoyed the screened in porch with the rockers in the back, not only in the morning with coffee, but as a peaceful ending to our day. It is also close to everything Bentonville and a short trip to Onyx Coffee Labs!

Beautiful home!

The house was perfect for the 7 of us. We rode bikes on the Razorback Greenway then came back to the house and enjoyed the screened in deck. The house was perfect for us, we had plenty of room to spread out but also areas to be together to cook, watch movies, watch the deer in the backyard, etc. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood, close to restaurants and bike trails. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it!

Exactly what we hoped for

This house is lovely, well appointed, comfortable as well as elegant and very very easy to enjoy. It’s a beautiful home in a lovely quiet upscale neighborhood that is very conveniently located. The owner and agent were so thoughtful, kind and anxious to be sure we had everything we needed. Extremely responsive as well. Highly recommend!

Great place for families

Most of the house was wonderful, but two bedrooms were not. One had a sleeper sofa which was very uncomfortable and could not comfortably sleep even one person. The toiltry items were extremely cheap and not what you would expect for the price.

Lovely home!

Our group of 8 adults had THE BEST stay over Thanksgiving week. There are several large common areas that we all easily fit in for social times as well as large comfortable bedrooms for private retreat. The home is well appointed with high quality furnishings and we especially appreciated the quality cookware--we prepared a full Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed! It truly felt like a home away from home. The host and caretakers were accommodating and great in communication. The house was sparkling clean and the beds were very comfortable. Highest praise for this rental, not a single complaint from our group!

Very spacious house

Spent the weekend with my children and grandchildren for a family reunion. House is very well stocked and things are labeled nicely. Very spacious house. Only complaints are the master bed which is two twins pushed together in a king frame with no divider to eliminate the crack that I fell into several times at night. Master shower head also had issues with too much hardwater buildup - one jet was piercing, and the remainder were drizzling. We tried to fix as best we could.

Great house for your stay in Bentonville

We were in town for our son’s wedding and it was the perfect location, very clean, well stocked with all the necessities and the beds were super comfy. It is a beautiful home with lots of space. We enjoyed the view of the ravine from the dining room and watched the mountain bikers as they wound their way through the trails. We also enjoyed hiking the trails to Crystal Bridges. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bentonville.

Lovely, spacious home

Beautiful home for our family group of 10 adults. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and for everyone to mingle. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and furniture. Tv's were also very nice. My daughter appreciated being able to bring her dog. The pool table was a fun plus. There was easy access to grocery stores and various restaurants. (We would have needed to bring firewood for the fireplace if we had chosen to use it.) Overall, it is a beautiful, large home in which all of us felt comfortable. We would highly recommend.

Almost perfect

The house was very comfortable and perfect in every way except the living room furniture. Our group of seven women spent our time at the house visiting and catching up. The couch and chair were so deep and soft, we had a hard time getting comfortable. They might have worked well for very tall people. Other than that, all amenities suited our every need. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and was even stocked with many essentials. We'd definitely come again!

This extremely clean and well maintained house has a perfect layout for a family. The rooms are all large. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen. Very relaxing outdoor space. We highly recommend

Beautiful Home

We were visiting the area for our son’s wedding. This house was perfect. The location is just a few minutes drive to Bentonville Square, a short drive to the airport, and not far from Rogers. The house its self is so spacious. It has a great layout. The rooms are very large and have everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped, nice size tv’s throughout. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool table or the entertainment room and bar in the basement. If you have a family that likes a comfortable clean place, you need to stay here. I highly recommend!

Great location and home

We loved the location and the home. It was perfect for an anniversary trip with my parents. Plenty of room to spread out. The screened porch and yard are perfect. Just was very responsive pre-trip. Would recommend!
