Nice things to know:
• Grocery Store: A mini market is located on Amapas just North Calle Cafeto. It is only a one minute walk. They also have a small deli and they make their own delicious guacamole and salsa.
• Farmers Markets in Old Town: (food/artisans/entrepreneurs)
o Marsol Market by the Pier - Fridays from 9:30 am - 1:30 pm (located inside of the Hotel Marsol)
o Lazaro Cardenas Park: Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Taxi's: The guard at D'Terrace can call a taxi for you but there is usually one readily available at the taxi stand at the Tropicana Hotel. (FYI: Taxi's don't have meters so make sure you verify the rate before you step in. The Tropicana hotel has a price board posted by their guard desk with taxi rates by zones and to specific locations.) UBER is also available in Puerto Vallarta.
There is a list of restaurants and bar in the book I provide in the condo that are located in and around Old Town Puerto Vallarta. We thought we would just name a few that are only a couple of minutes walk away from the condo that we enjoy.
