Family vacation

Upon arrival snake was found in pool, paid for heat pool and the heat didn’t work, pool wasn’t clean we when we arrive, was a hard time get in contact with Maintenance or order of home. Once get in contact with maintenance we still had to wait for pool to get fix until the next day. Not extra blankets , rags or towels. I also emailed trying to get in contact with owners and couldn’t

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOME

We have already contacted Gabriella in customer service with some issues we have seen since check in and we found some more things that needed to be brought to the attention of the correct people. Upon our first findings we continued to search for anything that was broken, missing, etc to document so it is known that we did not do it. We had little to no utensils and pots and pans to use. One of the fridge trays had a crack upon arriving that caused it to break upon putting groceries in it. The pool wasn't cleaned out and one of the filters was clogged. The grill was also dirty and not properly cleaned out from the previous tenants. Upstairs in one of the double rooms there was a sock, cup, and ball under one of the beds. Also upstairs in the water heater closet there was a broken chair or table, also upstairs the main TV had a line going across as if it was damaged previously. Another rooms was infested with ants. After contacting the property manager and Sweet Home Vacations, we were advised someone was coming by Thursday and Friday regarding the ants. No one ever came by nor were we contacted to advise of the status. So we had to continue our stay with ants in our room, increasing the unpleasant experience we had with this property. We will not be booking again for future trips. We also have pictures and videos in addition of further proof is needed.

Puede ser mejor si se cuidan los detalles.

Desafortunadamente encontramos una casa bella pero con muy mal aseo, los cuertos tenian basura, el jacuzzi no funciono y no nos resolvieron, no estavamos en lista en el gate de entrada y nadie nos dijo que teniamos que hacer algun registro, los muebles estan viejos y deteriorados. de resto bien.

Poor management

We booked with sweet home vacation they were unavailable all weekend never answered phone calls and took forever to respond to emails which some they never replied to. When I arrived I was not on the list and I’m the owner. Not only was I not on it but they didn’t have none of my information or my guests listed. So we was at the security gate for an hour waiting for them to add me and my guests to the list. So that started my weekend off bad then we get to house and The outside Trash can Was full from last renter with Trash on ground around the can. We emailed and reported it no one ever came to clean it up or dump trash. We had to take our own trash to big dumpster ourselves. It was used towels stored in a closet a rag That smelled sour in a room as well. Very disappointed in the unprofessional management of the property company I will never book with them again. I know things will never be perfect but to have issues and not be able to even speak to someone about it or have them fixed is unacceptable hopefully they will get better for future guests.
