Nice place

Nice place, crossing the street to the beach was tricky as there is no crosswalk and there was always traffic. Also, traffic from the highway next door was loud most of the awake hours.

Wonderful beach vacation!

The property and condo were beautiful, and the beach was right across the street! The condo came with everything we needed for the beach, including cooler, beach chairs and umbrella!

Anchorage 7th floor

We loved the condo and the area. It was very well stocked except only 1 dish cloth. Only other complaint was on day 2 of our 14 day stay we reported that the tv cable box in the guest bedroom was not working and we had no reception. Nothing was done about that issue during our stay.

AMAZING Stay!!

We stayed here for 9 days and had an amazing time. Place was exactly as presented and was very well stocked. Great large pool areas especially for families. The private access to the beach was also fantastic. Also really liked that you are close to the crosswalk with lights to cross safely with children. Would highly recommend!! 😃🏝️

Beautiful unit - and beautiful property

We loved our stay. So close to their private access to the beach. Walking distance to fun establishments. And loved the trolley right outside the gates! Will return!

Girls Trip

The condo was perfect for us! It was very beautifully decorated and cozy. It had everything that we needed and more. My best friend and I took our 18 year old daughters, who are as close as sisters since they were 7, on this trip to celebrate their high school graduation. We had the best time. We loved all the restaurants and shops in the village. I can’t wait to go back and take my husband!

Perfect getaway spot

Loved this place. It was the perfect size — we were 4 adults. The fact that the 2nd bedroom had a substantial bed size is amazing. The private balcony was great. The pool area is massive. It’s a 10 min drive to Siesta Key Village and about 5 mins from grocery stores etc. You also get your own private access to the beach. The check-in process was super smooth. Like i said, loved this place — highly recommend.

Week at Siesta Keys

Property and all the People that work, live or rent property are great. The only issue we have that the place inside could be left cleaner. The Floor were dirty with hair on it etc. Also Tub Shower not cleaned with hair in it. We just went to Publix and bought a Mop and Supplies and cleaned the place. Even the Broom that is left in the Apartment is broken.

Very Nice

This unit is very well taken care of and is comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies for nights you don’t want to eat out. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which was a nice surprise. Our only negatives are it is a little hike to the beach, but the wagon made it easier. We were there during spring break which make turning left out of the property tricky at times, but knowing there area, we knew that going into our trip. We just went right with the flow of traffic usually and it only adds a few more minutes to any trip. A

Peaceful and relaxing

The Anchorage is an older building but most of the units have been updated. There is a heated pool and access to the beach is across the street. It is within easy walking to grocery store, restaurants and shops and there is a shuttle bus every 20 minutes or so to take you up and down the island. There was no need to rent a car. I highly recommend this place, especially for a group of friends or family. And the restaurants have good food.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay for the family. The pool was warm and great. Easy access to the beach. One of the beds was noisy in second bedroom. Wagon and chairs in the outdoor closet worked great to hit the beach with.

Not the best beach access or beach area but the location of the anchorage is awesome.

The renting process was simple and kept short and sweet but the room was not as up to date as the pictures indicated but overall it was a great stay.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

This was our first visit to the Siesta Key area. My husband LOVED the beach area. Such a easy access to it from the condo. I loved the area shopping... its endless the variety of stores all within a few miles. The condo is well equipped with everything you need. Many long time travellers to the complex which i think speaks volumes !

The Anchorage offers all the amenities of a resort vacation and all the comforts of a private residential condo in one convenient location on beautiful Siesta Key, Florida. Private balconies in every unit offer views of the Gulf of Mexico to the west and the Intracoastal Waterway to the east.

These privately owned units are immaculately clean (guaranteed!), comfortably spacious, and very nicely decorated. Secure building entry and interior corridors add a sense of safety, and two elevators add convenience. Every unit has all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, complete linens, color cable TV, and individual heating and air conditioning controls. You will enjoy the residential atmosphere, calmer and cozier than most vacation accommodations, nice enough to settle into for a long visit.

Resort amenities include lighted tennis and shuffleboard courts, heated Olympic-size pool, exercise room, FREE WiFi and his and her saunas. You can park your boat at our private dock, or rent one from a nearby marina while you're here.
