We had a great week at Bethany! The owner was very responsive and super helpful with anything we needed. Loved our morning and evening walks to look out over the Bay. The kids had a fun time in the pool at the community center!

Loved our stay! We will definitely consider for next year! Clean, organized, spacious, loved being able to have the dogs and scrabble nights, club house, pool, and pickle ball was fantastic. Sunset deck was beautiful. We the photo of the kayaks meant they were on site, but they were not, so plan to go off site for that. Also, the bikes were fine and we loved having access to them, but the seats could not adjust, so you may want to bring your own, or rent.Those are just 2 little things we would adjust for next time, and we would totally stay there again.

Wonderful vacation stay

This is our second year & we will be booking today for next year. There isn’t anything that you want or need that this house doesn’t offer. We felt like this is our home away from home. And we used all the amenities offered (indoor/outdoor pool, game room, pickleball court). We cooked some meals there & the kitchen had everything we needed. The house is very clean & well taken care of. There are no negatives with this house.

We had a fantastic week at Sheila’s beautiful townhouse. The check in process was easy, the home looked exactly as in the pictures on VRBO, and everything was clean. The rental fee included linens, which was such a help. We always stay at Bayside- we love to go kayaking, crabbing/fishing from the docks, and like to spend a day or so at the beach. This house had a well stocked kitchen for nights when we cooked in, had beach chairs and towels, bikes, and a cabinet with all kinds of games. Sheila also has a home book that lists information about clubhouse access, nearest grocery stores, urgent care, etc. She included restaurant recommendations, fun things to do in the area, and even made suggestions to bring bug spray for certain activities. She truly wants to ensure your stay in her home is outstanding! We will definitely stay at her home next year!

We stayed at this rental over the New Year holiday. Great location, nice property - easy to get to just about anywhere in the region. Clubhouse with games & pool is a great bonus. We would stay again.

We enjoyed all the amenities included. Pools, bikes hot tub. Very quiet clean area. Beaches close by. Kitchen stocked we cooked all week had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Our family had a wonderful vacation. The check in process so easy and the property beautiful and clean. We spent most of our time on the beach but our location was an easy drive. Family getaway

We enjoyed the accommodations which allowed all of us to have our own space and yet still come together to spend time together. Everything we needed was at the condo, including kitchen items, bath and beach towels and a wonderful rolling cart for the beach. It was a very quiet and convenient location. A short drive to restaurants and the beach.

Great place

The house in Bayside worked out great. We had all the things needed like home. The place was clean and very comfortable. A longer stay would have been better. We didn't get to the pool but the central location for stores and beaches worked out well. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Beautiful place

The townhouse is situated in a beautiful community with a nice clubhouse that offers plenty of amenities and a pool. The home is very spacious with a lovely ambiance, and it was well-prepared for our arrival. Everything was clean and well-organized. The host paid close attention to every little detail, even providing bowls for our small dog. The rooms, bathrooms, and bed sheets were all spotless, and there were plenty of towels and beautiful china. We had a very nice time.

Great experience

Our family had a wonderful stay! There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t there. It was very clean and modern. The king bed we had was very comfortable. Twin beds not as much. We loved the extra amenities with the access to the neighborhood clubhouse. Short drive to bethany beach but sometimes hard to find a parking spot. We will rent again.
