We enjoyed our stay in the beautifully updated villa at Jamaica Royale! Easy access to the beach with chairs and loungers available and our own little courtyard for early morning coffee. The Villa was beautifully remodeled everything was spotless and clean and served our needs just right!

Perfect!!

We had an amazing time! Our unit was perfect and fully equipped. The beach was a few steps away and gorgeous. The whole complex was accommodating and lovely. The village is close by with plenty of restaurants but there are lots of grocery stores close as well. We will definitely be back.

Nice stay

We stayed at Jamaica Royale for the 2nd year in a row. We love the closeness to the beach and multiple pools. Despite having Hurricane Helene go thru, we had a great time and will come back soon!

MINI VACAY

Scheduled a mini stay and needed a decent place at a decent price. This place checked all the boxes. It was clean, had everything needed, 3 pools, 100yards to private beach. We stayed in off peak/shoulder season so it wasn’t crowded, but I could see it would be close quarters had there been more people there/peak season. Close to everything. The toy box was missing a lock and was in a disarray, but we found all things needed (umbrella, chairs, even a small cooler for beach and pool). Really clean overall. Other reviews mention roach. I saw one in 5 days. We’re in Florida for Pete’s sake. Everything worked, everything was moderately updated. Don’t expect Miami Beach chic, and I’m glad it wasn’t like that. My only real recommendation would be to add a grab bar in the master bath. That’s for safety of guest AND protection of owner. Overall a nice place and we would stay there again.

Very Nice Place

Something we loved: the beautiful beach. Plenty of room!! Very nice place. The amenities were very nice. Way better than a hotel. Nice size rooms and the grounds looked very nice. We would come back again.

Short walk to the breach

Property is very nice. The proximity to the beach, village, and grocery stores is very nice. The place offered everything we needed for our stay. Due recommend that if your staying to get with a rental company they work with for a tent and beach needs. The place is quiet considering how many units there are so it is family friendly for kids.

Family Vacay

Overall it was a pretty good condo. Beautiful beach front. Great location. Checkin process was as easy as could be, plenty of towels provided, comfortable bed and great pillows. A couple negatives were that we had no mop and the worst broom and dustpan for somewhere with sand. I like to keep the place as clean as I can and not having the right items made it hard to do. There was sand toys provided which we did not use they had not been cleaned off so we just didn’t want to bother with them. The beach was a good little walk, so definately suggest in a beach wagon. There was one provided, but it most definitely needs upgraded. It was rusty and had holes all in it. Most of which was minor issues so I still give this 4 stars.

Cozy condo in great location

The condo is in a fantastic location, within steps of a beautiful and large beach. There is a trolley that goes to and from the nearby shops and restaurants, which was incredibly helpful. It is free to ride, but tips are encouraged. The unit is small for four adults. If you want to use the kitchen, it’s really tight for more than one person at a time. The bathroom water pressure is great! The guest bathroom has nowhere to hang towels aside from the towel ring next to the sink. The shower stall has no shelves, so all hair products, soap, washcloths, etc. have to go on the floor. This was very problematic, especially in such a tiny bathroom to begin with. The things that needed attention from maintenance when we got there were taken care of quickly.

Wonderful beach

The unit was very nice and the location is excellent and only a few minute walk to a huge beach with loungers and chairs. Would definitely stay again.

Second bedroom and living room furniture

Everything was fantastic. We had a great time and everything was great. If I made any suggestions it would be to have a TV in the second bedroom and more comfortable couch in the living room.

Loved our condo .. close to the beach and close to Sarasota . The hurricane hit while we were there and was so grateful for the lady who informed us of electricity and water to be shut down . Need a redo !!! And would come back ! Had everything we needed

Had a wonderful time!! Loved the close beach access! And pool-time was fun too. Highly recommend this awesome place. Nice layout and the two queen beds were really a plus for us. Nice folks to deal with and so glad we chose Siesta Key and Jamaica Royale for our annual Vacay this year!!
