Bedroom and bathroom doors doesn’t have locks. Towels only 6 for six people. Not a single bed sheet for sofa bed. Beds are small couple can sleep but if you have a child no space. Address is wrong it shows 369 but the actual number is 365. Key is so hard to get took us forever to get it open. Not a single cutting board if you planning to cook bring your own. Would not stay here again.

No electricity in the kitchen, very poor communication with the property owner to repair the problem. The bathroom smells of mold terribly. The house was filthy. They had the cleaner come back to clean the floors right after we arrived however, they were still so filthy that we had to go buy our own cleaning supplies to clean the floor enough so that the babies could play Without their legs and feet turning black. The lack of communication was the most frustrating part of the stay. I would never rent from these people again, and I would suggest that if you have babies or toddlers, this is not the place for you to be because of the filthiness of the floors.

Great location, but not 100% as expected

Overall, this property fit our group, had a great location if you don’t mind a walk to the beach or town, and worked for a weekend. There were some misrepresentations in the listing, however. First, this is 1 queen bed and 1 full bed, not 2 queens. Second, the backyard was not usable. The fire pit was in poor condition, the yard was full of weeds, leaves, and spiderwebs. We booked partially to have a good outdoor space and the reality was far from the photos. And finally, we had to install 3 window A/C units ourselves since they were not installed by the property upon our arrival. The manager did reach out to let me know about the A/C on our arrival day and told us we could put them in, but it was odd and an inconvenience.

Our Cozy Winter Getaway

Janelle is a superb and wonderful host. She is always there when you need her and is ready to answer any questions or address any concerns. She is very responsible, patient and kind, Her cabin is very neat, well kept and very cozy, it truly feels and felt like a home away from home with almost all of the necessary essentials.

It was described as steps from the lake. Make that many steps! It is a small property several steps from a busy road. But it was clean.

40th Get Together

We loved how cozy and cute the place was. Close to the Village. We were celebrating a friend turning 40. The place had everything we needed. The beds were a little soft to sleep on so we ended up moving to the couch. Would definitely be back and super cute for a family also.

The Perfect Getaway

Our bachelorette party had a wonderful stay at this cabin. Clean, amazing location (10ish minutes away from the downtown area, probably walkable to beach), responsive hosts, and easy check in/out instructions. We were not able to use the fire pit due to lack of materials, but it is a great perk for those who want to make s’mores as well. Parking is shared with another property but no issues there. Would stay again if ever back in the area.

Walk to two beaches, downtown LG village from cozy cottage

This cottage has a fantastic location and everything we needed for a great lake trip. We loved how close it was to the village and to the two public beaches (we preferred the smaller one because it has free parking and shadier but it is quite small). The place was not as clean as we would have liked on arriving, especially since there is a cleaning fee, but we had no other complaints. Recommended.

Nice cabin, close to Village

Enjoyed our stay of 5 nights. Only real issue we had were the mattress's in each bedroom need upgrading. There was a smell in the bathroom upon check-in but seemed to dissipate after a bit using water. Overall wonderful stay

Great location not in the hustle and bustle of busy town

Loved it, other than the people renting the place next door parked and blocked the driveway off so we couldn’t get in it. Thankfully we were on motorcycles so we didn’t require much space

Not what it was pictured to be.

Property was very close to a very busy street. While sitting on tiny tiny deck headlights were in our eyes. Felt unsafe with cars making turn. The reason why we chose a place is because it was advertised that it was steps from the beach. My husband can only do steps anywhere because of his medical condition that statement was not true. A picture was even posted online of a little pathway to the beach(lake). False advertisement

Perfect Lake George getaway

Really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend for a cozy cottage that is a literal walk to downtown Lake George and Million Dollar Beach.

Short Stay

The property was what we expected. There were random noises throughout the night. Could not tell which appliances were the cause. Should have brought a sound machine. We were given the wrong address. Fortunately we figured it out by matching the building to the VRBO photo.
