Favorite view!

My husband and I come to this little beach cottage every year. This was our 4th year and the view never gets old! This cottage is perfect for the 2 of us and you can’t beat the location! Just steps to the sand! We love Flagler beach!

Charming, rustic cottage on beachfront.

This charming little cottage was the perfect getaway for a couple of senior citizens wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of crowds. The private beach was unbelievable, no crowds, just an occasional passersby. Can’t wait to make another trip. Great restaurants just up the road.

Old school Florida beach stay

Family emergency caused us to have to reschedule. Property manager was awesome with the change. Place was awesome. Old school/no frills. Everything exactly as pictured. We will be back.

My Husband and I loved our stay at the Quarter Deck so much we are already planning to come back next year!! The house is just the right size for the two of us and the beach is quiet. We saw a whale and dolphins, the view of the sunrises are beautiful and we were able to see a couple space launches while we were there too. The location is great, not too busy but close enough to everything from sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. We ate at several of the local restaurants from Ormand Beach to St. Augustine and loved them all. Highlight of our stay was the royal dolphin swim at Marineland. What a fun experience!! Can't wait to come back and explore more of the Flagler Beach area, and enjoy that beautiful oceanside beach!

Quirky little beach villa

A small but clean place. Managers were very attentive to our needs. Good food about five minutes south. Outfitted with microwave, fridge, 2 showers, 2 queen beds, and sleeper sofa. I’d stay there again.

A hidden gem

My husband and myself have been coming to this property for the past three years. It is a simple little beach cottage that we fell in love with. We love the view and the beach town of Flagler. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this place or Flagler Beach itself. We will be returning next year as well!!

First Vacation Together

Me and the GF took this trip as our first together after almost a year together. It doesn’t get better than this place, can’t get any more on the beach without being actually in the sand. We enjoyed every aspect, the two doors to the separate kitchen and bedroom is different but not a problem at all! AMAZING local cuisine as well. Wrote all our adventures in their little book, definitely recommend, very quiet and relaxing for a couple or small family!

quarter deck review

This was our 2nd stay at the quarter deck and we loved it just as much as the first time! It's just the right size for the two of us and the best part is, its right on the beach. You can't get any closer and its quiet and relaxing not a lot of foot traffic like a public beach area. Flagler Beach has a bunch of really good restaurants, and just a short drive away from other fun and cool attractions can't wait to stay here again!

Unique Ocean Front Cottage

A Slice Of Heaven

I actually stayed from December 4 through December 23, 2023. My stay was magnificent and I absolutely loved the place and the views! If you are looking for frills, this is not the place. If you are looking for solace, this IS the place!!! You will have a few steps to the ocean! You will be rocked to sleep by the ebb & flow of those magnificently powerful waves every night. I woke up after leaving missing that slice of heaven so much!!! I wish I had a place like that!!! Thank you so much for having it!!! Love and gratitude!!!! I cannot wait to visit again!!!!

Perfect location

This was our second stay here. Last year we came for one week and while we were still here we booked it again for this year for two weeks. My husband and I just love this beach house. We are going to come back again next year for another two weeks. We loved waking up every morning and going out to the picnic table to watch the sunrise. We saw dolphins, a manta ray, and even had a land crab come for a visit. We enjoyed all the local restaurants that are just a short drive down the road. Every evening we watched the sunset across the street. Just a perfect spot to rest and relax along the beach! Couldn’t ask for anything more, except a hammock!

This is the perfect location for quiet beach enjoyment!! The beach was completely isolated for us. And we love the old-school beach town feel of Flagler.

Absolutely perfect location!

We loved the quirky little home and hope to return soon. Our only suggestion would be to update the shower head.
