4階にある完全に改装された美しいアパート。 この階には隣人はいません。最上階なので、新鮮でプライベートです。建物のドアの前に駐車場が1つ含まれています。 ランドリーを含むアパート全体にアクセスできます。 はい！ 洗濯機を使用できます。洗濯洗剤を持参してください。

田舎の利点を生かし、街に近づきましょう。 病院、大学、ショッピングセンター、スーパーマーケット、レストラン、カグアスのシェラトンフォーポイント＆ボタニカルガーデンの近く。 サンファンとウマカオからわずか30分。

新品：すべてのマットレス、2段ベッド1台、冷蔵庫、コンロ、洗濯機、スクリーン、給湯器、電子レンジ、トースター、調理鍋、タワーファン、コーヒーメーカー、壁のエアコンユニット。

Very clean and comfortable.

This was a very clean place and I really enjoyed having a washer to keep my clothes clean. Overall a good experience. The neighborhood is not walkable to shops, but as long as you have a car the drive is fine for nearly anywhere you want to go. The communication with the owner is excellent. She responds right away.

Nice cozy apartment

It was nice. Just needs to give better directions and information on which door to use the keys for and where to find the place. In the beginning I was a little lost but then when read the actual directions on how to get there from the sight it was easier. It was quiet

The place was way bigger than I expected it to be, could easily fit 6 ppl. The distance to san juan wasn’t at all bad about 30mins depending on the time of day. The city its in Is relatively big so it's still easy to find food when it gets later in the night and places start closing. It was one of my favorite stays.

Nice clean and quiet

Great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet break from visiting extended family in the area. Not that I would ever want a break from my family but just in case others might need an escape 😎😉

It was a great location and cleaned. Not a place if you have young kids they have a system the monitor the noice and it kept going off even when we where sleeping I had to close the windows for it to stop and that made it really hot in the areas without a/c. They are very pleasant and once a gain is very clean.

I bough it for fix and sell but felt in love with this property as soon I start. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and lovely. The exterior of the buildings aren't in good shape, we are still dealing with the insurance and vacancies after Maria, and some owner tried to do their best.

The ambiance and the energy in this apartment is indescribable. Why I do short rentals? because I want to spend time in the apartment. Is my escape zone.

Being in the corner at top floor give privacy and fresh air. In the back of the building we have a beautiful view to Gurabo and San Lorenzo mountains, also the fresh air from the east of the island. You can enjoy the view from the kitchen, laundry and bedrooms.
