This is a beautiful home! Perfectly nested in nice neighborhood. It’s close to everything we wanted to do in St. Louis. The evening and night hours were quiet with little traffic. The biggest issue was the A/C wasn’t working on the upper floors, we were lucky and the weather was cooler for July. We made the best of it!

We booked last minute and host was very communicative and available for last minute questions.House was well kept, beds were comfortable, neighborhood was safe and very cool vibe with local grocer, interesting architecture, and locals roaming around on golf carts.

The location and property were very nice. Two reasons I did not leave a 5 star review. First was the rule that they have a no-party policy and 10pm quiet hours. I booked a house for 10 guys to go to a Cardinals game and to see the Budweiser brewery. I understand you don't want people throwing a rager in your building, but the request for 10pm quiet hours caught me off guard. Second was the request to :- Return any moved items to their original place- Leave used towels in a pile- Start the dishwasher (rinse and leave out anything that doesn’t fit)- Turn off lights, TV, etc.- Set thermostat: 75 (AC) or 65 (heat), depending on the season- Please discard any food or perishables or take them with you- Return keys, remotes, etc.- Double check for personal belongings- Take out trash and recyclingThese are not a crazy asks, and I believe for the most part we complied, but seems a bit excessive to ask me to take the trash out and run the dishwasher when we are being charged 325 from the outset for a cleaning fee. To make those requests, I'm sure they had some bad guests. Overall the experience was good, but I did worry a bit when we left that I was going to be charged some type of fee or penalty based on an alleged noise/cleaning violation.

Perfect location and great stay

The house was huge and perfect for our larger group. Everything was as listed and the location was great —walkable to lots of bars and restaurants. Would recommend!

Good Location

Location was close to everywhere you would want to go in Soulard and downtown St Louis. Lots of room and no issues parking in the neighborhood.

Great stay

Was perfect for our group, adults without kids had the second floor and family with kids had the third and the lower level so there was space for everyone. Plenty of bathrooms, owners were immediately responsive to questions. Great neighborhood and close to sites and attractions we wanted to see. Wonderful family vacation

Perfect for Family and Friends

The house is perfect for gathering of family or friends. Amply space, beds were very comfortable. The house is well maintained and the owner and rental agency is very easy to work with. We look forward to staying there again!

Very nice
