Listing was accurate, Checkin process was seamless. Location of property is good for Family, Near to Village with access to Trails and close to all the Restaurant and Grocery. All other major attraction is 30 mins drive from this place. The only one thing to call out is about Pet fee some how when i was booking it did not come to my attention that there is a extra pet fee will be charged and which is not part of overall payment what u see in Vrbo app. That was a bummer. The place has carpet in most places and needs little more cleaning and maintenance. Over all stay was good and Tracy was an amazing host.

Prime location in a quiet complex

Despite a chilly arrival evening due to no heat on in unit, remainder of stay was flawless. 5 minutes to village and canyon lodge gondola,multiple shops and restaurants, 30 min walk or 10 drive to hiking trails. Free laundry and games in adjacent building,washer was broken but fixed by Friday as promised. Mgmt replies instantly via text or call to any inquiries, a rarity nowadays. Garage parking is key . Rentals also a 5 minute walk away. Despite new construction underway across the street, no noise issues. Bedroom can hear unit walking above,but we used fan as white noise Tv options were plentiful and woodburning stove worked well once underway. Electric heating also sufficient ince running a few hrs, had to turn off in bedroom to sleep. All windows open for fresh air and balcony has grill and furniture. Living room furniture could be updated and microwave is not very powerful. Would definitely stay again,my sibling stayed in hi end village unit said noise was incessant til 1am nightlyminute drove to downtown or hiking

Great Spot close to Gondola

Great location with a very short and flat walk to the Village Gondola. The condo is nice and well appointed and it included a nice kitchen with lots of helpful items and supplies. The hosts were responsive and I will definitely keep this rental on my list of future considerations. The ski closet is a bonus as are the wood burning fireplace, the patio with grill & the underground parking. The skiing was great, we love Mammoth. Highly recommended.

Loved the location. Cozy unit with easy instructions. Maybe a couple more towels would’ve been nice but not a big deal. Loved it!!

Centrally located, very convenient

Clean condo, centrally located at Mammoth Village. Very close to everything, parking very convenient. The small patio and grill were great and we were able to make the rooms very dark which was great for our baby's naps.

Construction in the hall way that was not informed about or we woud have switched places. No hot water the morning of the 2nd day.

Village condo

Property was walking distance to the village which was a plus for us. It was clean and easy to access. The instructions were clear and the property manager was easy to communicate with.

Getaway weekend

Perfect place to getaway for an extended weekend! Very clean and easy access to Canyon Gondola. Bed was comfortable and the layout was great! Looking forward to staying here next winter season.

Location, location and little else

The location of this condo cannot be beat but the unit is in desperate need of a deep clean. The unit looks and feels dated and dirty with old, thick carpet floors and layers of dust on the nightstands, light fixtures and the headboard. There were also stains on the white sheets - one speck of blood and two other yellow stains of unknown origin. The light fixtures in the kitchen, hallway and bedroom all buzz which was annoying, but the worst part of this unit is the disgusting pink mold shower curtain that needs to be bleached or replaced ASAP. We notified the property manager with photos all of the above and were told the feedback about their cleaners has been great and we could vacate the unit for a re-"cleaning". Unfortunately that didn't work for me as I'm recovering from a major surgery and am unable to drive or walk more than a block. As a paying guest you shouldn't be expected to leave a property you paid to be in. It was also odd that the unit did not advertise that it does not have central heat but rather two wall heaters, one in the dining room and one in the bedroom. As longtime renters on various platforms, it would be helpful for the property managers to send the check in instructions at the time of booking, not at the time of check in, as we were unable to print the parking pass because we'd already arrived to the unit. Printing instructions inside the unit for Wifi and fireplace instructions (glaringly missing) would also be helpful.

We chose Fireside at the Village because the complex was right at the Village, close for the gondola, shops and events, but still quiet. We love the fact that there are only 30 units at Fireside and that the units are large and bright, unlike so many others in Mammoth. Our kids love the indoor pool, and we love being able to supervise them while enjoying a beverage in the hot tub while looking out over the Sherwin mountains!
