Overall the apartment was nice! If you’re looking for family oriented and socializing this is your place to stay. Maybe the outdoor stuff could use some updating on the porch. We could not find the remote for the TV in master room, so we put tv in the other room for master.

Great location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Folly Field. The unit was spacious and comfortable with easy access to the beach.

Great Location

We spent 5 nights in Hilton Head and had a great time. The condo was well equipped and everything was in working order. The location was very convenient to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping.

I should start by saying location is very good and rental property is about 8 minutes walk from a beach.However, property itself could use some more deeper cleaning and mattresses could use some upgrade. My son after 1 night of sleeping in a guest bedroom decided to switch to a living room coach saying his back was hurting. It was a similar situation in a master. Managemt company provides only a welcome kit of necessities like trash bags, laundry detergent, ect. Please make you bring your own. Also upon our arrival (after 4 pm) cleaning crew was still there. They were done very quickly after our arrival , so not sure if they did everything they had too. Balcony still had a beach sand all over the floor after prior stay.Overall, our stay was OK. Appartment had enough of dishes to cook and everything was working.

Mini vacation

We stayed at this property for a short mini vacation. We had gotten an early check in but unfortunately when we arrived the property had not yet been cleaned. They were able to come later in the day to clean the property, but the carpet is very stained and could use replacing. Also the beds were not very comfortable. The location is great and close to many restaurants and to the beach. My kids loved swimming in the pool. Overall the property was nice but could use some renovation and upgrades.

Needs Deep Cleaned

The property was decent but needs a good cleaning. The shower curtain and liner had mold, all of the baseboards were covered in dirt/dust, the couch was covered in sand, the dishes were dirty, and more. We put our baby down to crawl and his knees became brown, we had to sweep and mop multiple times. We barely used the balcony and provided chairs/toys outside because they were so nasty. The location and amenities at the resort were nice.

A great stay overall with a few surprises

We were happy with the unit overall, but we noticed a few things that should probably be addressed soon. First, the kitchen sink handle was broken as well as the trash can. We also noticed that one of the kitchen drawer bottoms was too small causing a 3 to 4 inch opening in the bottom of the drawer, so that things could fall through. We found quite a few dirty dishes and the clothes washer had so much caked on soap that we had to clean it before using it. The only other thing we noticed was that the bedroom carpet could use a cleaning. Again, none of this would prevent us from renting again, but we thought you should know about these things.

Very good stay in a well stocked Condo

Overall this was a good stay! The property was mostly as depicted in the photos with the exception of the 2nd bedroom having bunk beds instead of two twin beds. We had a couple of issues that were quickly and professionally resolved by the local property manager who was awesome! Overall I would recommend a more thorough deep clean of property and some modifications of kitchen to be able to open the oven door wider. Dishwasher worked but was difficult to load as it did not roll easily. Another suggestion would be to connect the modular couch back together and perhaps add another recliner. The waste disposal has some issues and may need replaced at some point. The unit has lots of nice kitchen amenities and modern small appliances which we really appreciated. The beach equipment was very useful. We enjoyed the keyless entry and the bathrooms were great. Thank you for a great week!

Great location

This condo is in a great location and nicely decorated. Like the keyless entry feature. I would recommend bringing your own coffee pot as the one there doesn't work properly. There is WIFI but if you are using it to work from home or for remote learning, it's a challenge because you will get dropped every couple hours and have to re-sign in. This is a problem if you are on a video or conference call, especially as the presenter. Hilton Head Island is a beautiful place and this condo is a very easy walk to a great beach.

Perfect!

The condo was spotless and just the right size for our family of 4. When not at the beach (which is just a short walk) or biking, we lounged on the couch and enjoyed meals at the kitchen table. Felt like home!
