Condo is clean and updated as advertised. Plenty of room for family of 4 with 2 teens. Great location in Downtown Lincoln with easy access to Franconia Notch and under 1 hour to North Conway, Laconia and Mt. Washington.

Great Location in Lincoln

We traveled with 4 adults and one child and this property was the perfect size and layout. The amenities offered by the resort were amazing, we spend many hours in the pool. This property appears to have been recently renovated and it is beautiful. I would recommend to anyone!

Great stay close to Loon!

We had a great week at this condo, it was just a few minutes from Loon and many restaurants. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything you needed. Our girls loved the indoor pool too. Highly recommend!

Great condo

This unit is great....been going to Lincoln for many years...this is the best unit we have stayed in....the owners clearly get it...every detail covered...new appliances....3 ac units...kitchen well equiped...comfortable beds...just top notch everything you could need...hope to return for many years

Second stay at this great place.

It was so nice the first time we came back again. The indoor hot tub was closed the entire stay for some reason. The rest was great. It would be nice to have pool towels and extra bath towels.

I have plenty of blue/white stripes towels for the pool in the two big closets, as well as extra bath towels. Loon Reservations, where you picked up the keys does an excellent job at cleaning, and leaving an extra bundle of clean towels, again in either closet. Hope to see you again. All the best."

Enjoyed the stay.

We come once a year to NH and this is our go to place for the past 2 years. Only gripe is the bedrooms were really warm eith there being no AC in the rooms. The one in the living room worked great. Maybe a portable floor AC unit would be available for the future.

From the owner: "Dear Michael, Thank you for your continued stay at my unit & for your comments. Given your highest rating of 5, I assumed that in every other respect, you found my unit pleasing, and comfortable. I take great pride in maintaining and upgrading my unit to offer my guests high-quality lodging. However giving your comments, I wanted to address and explained that this Spring I installed a brand new AC unit, with enough BTUs to cover 1,500 sq. ft. In addition, I installed 3 ceiling fans (with the technology that provides circulating cold air). Going forward I have requested the building maintenance staff to turn on AC & fans, prior to a guest's arrival. I will hope that you'll choose to spend future time again in my unit. And doing all I can to avoid you having a repeat of your most recent experience. Going forward If you are to stay in my unit again, I would suggest you run fans & AC 24/7 to provide the maximum level of climate comfort. Thank you for your business."

A wedding vacation in NH

We came up from RI for a wedding in Franconia. Thought we would stay for a mini vacation. We stayed at the Nordic Inn for 4 nights. Oct 7-10th. We were pleased to find the outdoor pool still open. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub too! Our accommodations were wonderful. I would only wish there was some coffee and a box of tissues provided. Otherwise… a great stay.

Spacious 2 bedroom condo

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was a convenient location and it was nice having access to the amenities (pool, jacuzzi). The check-in instructions were a bit confusing, the first section of the instructions direct us to go to the Lodge for check in. We eventually realized it was not relevant to us. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Cozy and comfortable

Our family weekend was a great success thanks to this clean and comfortable condo. Great location and had a beautiful relaxing time. We experienced some trouble with the TV but the concerned owner and reservation desk helped us figure out how to get our TV working. Definitely some issue that needs to be fixed and I have no doubt they will. Very pleasant to work with. Would visit this condo again!

Good stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and the location was prime. Restaurants all around with great food. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We did run into an issue with hot water. Only one person was able to shower and unfortunately there was 6 of us. That didn’t work out so well. We did reach out regarding this but never heard back. Overall it was a good stay.

We sent your feedback to the owner who wanted to share the following:- We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Upon receiving your report, we promptly contacted the management company to investigate and address the water issue. Unfortunately, they were unable to make contact with anyone at the unit when they arrived.- In addition, we arranged for a technician to further investigate the matter immediately. Upon inspecting the water tank, the technician assured us that there were no problems with it.- Despite the technician's assessment, to prevent any potential future issues, we proactively purchased a new stainless steel water tank. We take great pride in both the unit and in providing the highest quality experience possible, including our responsiveness to any concerns.As is evidenced by the many wonderful reviews, the owner is accustomed to providing outstanding experiences, and we look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers

Very nice property, great location. If there were a couple of things I'd note as negatives: there was a really strong smell of bleach in the elevator (sanitary, but....) Also - we checked in late so needed the lock box to get the key. The lock box was difficult to open (needing to hold code buttons for several seconds which wasn't noted on the instructions). All's well that ended well though!

Short but excellent stay in Lincoln NH

The check-in process was very smooth, and Evolve communicated all the details well in advance and in great detail. It worked exactly as they described it, and it was very easy. The property was very clean and organized, with plenty of towels for in-unit use as well as towels for the pool. Only one word of caution - do not move the AC unit in the bedroom with the two beds - the vent and the water drain connected to this AC unit have absolutely no slack - so if you move it, you are most likely going to disconnect either or both of them. Location was very good - right across the street from the property management company, and about a 15 minute stroll or a 2 minute drive to the River Walk area where there are lots of restaurants, shopping, ice cream places, etc. Many outdoor activities are nearby too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend this rental property for its location, the listing/management company, and the unit itself. Best Wishes!

Nice Condo! Check out time not communicated well

The space was great for our little family trip visiting the ice castles and other fun things in the area. It was clean and comfortable and we were happy with our stay while we were there. We are only giving three stars because they miscommunicated what time we were supposed to check out and they did not handle this miscommunication well. We were told 12:00 check out on all the information emailed to us and on the info paper provided when we picked up our key. At 11:45 a man walked in, if he knocked my wife didn’t hear it, I was loading the car and my wife was alone with our baby so this made her very uncomfortable that he let himself in knowing we hadn’t left yet. He was rude about us not checking out and said we were supposed to be out at 10:00. She explained that we were told 12:00 on the information emailed to us and the paper provided. Before we left we circled the check out time and left it on the table so hopefully they will edit that for their next stays.
