Great location and place for a vacation stay in Savannah. Easy walk to Savannah Squares and restaurants.Easy check-in process, description accurate except only sleeps 2. Fully-stocked kitchen, laundry, and bath.Look forward to staying again.

I was in Savannah for a work conference and truly enjoyed being so close to River Street and being able to easily walk to and from the conference location every day. I also appreciated all the amenities within walking distance, including food, shopping and parks. One great bonus was the ability to bring my dog, and he enjoyed being able to walk to all the parks with my husband. We will definitely look to rent this unit when we return to Savannah in the future!

The outside gate was a bit difficult to open until you got the hang of it. More instructions would have helped. The tv is a Roku TV. Not everyone is familiar with that. Instructions would have helped. On the positive side, parking was great, host was very helpful when contacted and you absolutely cannot beat the location!!

Wonderful location in the center of the Riverfront are of Savannah. Everything is walk-able with fine restaurants and parks readily available. The onsite parking is a very good plus for anyone staying inside the Riverfront area.

The property is in a great location and perfect for exploring historic Savanah. Clean with no bugs and the kitchen is well equiped. The main issues are the bed and pull out love seat, not a sofa, and TV. The bed is too small for two adults, it seemed small for a queen, and was not very supportive; it needs to be replaced. The pull out love seat is terrible and is pretty useless as a bed or seating. My wife couldn't stand sitting on it. All in all the furniture is old and looks like it was bought second hand. The best piece of furniture is a red "fake" Stressless chair. The other draw back is the TV only streams (Roku device) so no local channels. Thankfully we remembered our cable provider code or we would have been stuck with no TV. The approach walk in the garden area needs attention as many brick pavers are pushed up and are a tripping hazard.This could be a wonderful property but needs a bit of TLC.

The house is in a great location and made it easy for us to walk around downtown Savannah and the River district. Best part was the parking in the back alley.

We could not have chosen a more convenient location for our two-night, one full day, Savannah list. The unit is as described, is fully equipped, and well-stocked. The parking is far more convenient than on-street, but equally open to passers by. Rating ding results from a functional but much too cumbersome and difficult to operate rear gate that could be remedied at reasonable cost, and other relatively minor issues/observations, many noted in prior guest’s comments in the Guest Book on the table. Sister Weekend

The outside light in the back was out and it was hard to see at night also the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to the point the third guest had to sleep on the couch. It desperately needs a new mattress. Overall we had a great stay the location was great and was able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Perfect location with extra amenities

Great location just a few blocks from the river. Easy walking distance to sights in the historic district and great restaurants. Really enjoyed both the dedicated onsite parking spot and private outdoor patio. Would stay here again.

A lovely choice!

What a lovely apartment! The location is amazing, just a two minute walk towards the river front and five-ten minutes to the bars and restaurants in the center of the city. The apartment was perfect. Great water pressure for the shower and all was as pictured on the website. I had called the company to ask if I could check out later and, despite the fact I couldn’t as there was a quick turnaround for another guest, the person I spoke to was lovely. I felt she did all she could to help. There is also a beautiful square right across the street. It was quiet and pleasant for walking or sitting and reading. Highly recommended on all counts

Great spacious basement courtyard apartment

Great location very walkable to the historic / tourist districts. Clean, dry, spacious apartment. Private courtyard with great wrought iron table, umbrella, and loquot trees.Just a block away from nice coffee shop. The off-street private parking makes visiting Savannah so much easier.

Almost perfect

Loved everything about the place except for just a couple items which I think I might've already mentioned: it would be nice to have a cleaned up patio area that would be usable, and the wife suggests that your housekeeping do a little better job cleaning under furniture and not just around it. She's pickier than I am, though. And do you know about the brick walk situation. Only other comment would be the master bathroom sink plumbing is about due for an upgrade. Water leaks around the hot water valve and the pressure is very low. Otherwise, great location, great layout.

Great location, would definitely return!

The check in and check out process was very easy. It's the perfect place to stay in Savannah, with lots of charm. Everything was clean, no issues with anything while I was there. Great spot to stay close to River and Bay Streets, but far enough away to escape the crowds and noise. Will definitely return in the future!

Couple getaway

The location was perfect! Just minutes from Leopold's ice cream shop. The place was adorable and very clean. My only concern is the furniture was very uncomfortable. The pull-out sofa bed was very old and had metal rods protruding. The queen-sized bed was very uncomfortable. Also to note, the owner does live on the property upstairs. The stairs are blocked off but we didn't feel as if we had privacy. Needless to say, we didn't sleep well on the trip. We didn't let this hinder the trip and still enjoyed how we could.

Great Location

Great location, a block away from restaurants and shops. Short walk to anywhere in the historic district. Clean, comfortable accomodations with well appointed kitchen and spacious living and dining. Parking is a big plus. Definitely would stay again

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. It is close to just about everything so we could walk to all of our activities. Parking is a little tight for a full size truck so keep that in mind. Also, this is apparently a residence to the owner (?) upstairs so you can pretty much hear their noise upstairs for instance walking, talking, laughing etc. If you like it super quiet this may be a problem or if you have pets like we do it kept them on alert until they got use to the voices etc. Supplied very well too!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a 4-day trip for our first visit to Savannah. We selected this place for the proximity to River Street, and because it offered off-Street parking. We were also looking for a pet-friendly unit, since we wanted to bring our pup with us. The unit was just what we needed for our stay. We would definitely choose this unit again for a future visit. The only reason I didn't give all 5-stars is due to the condition of the back brick pavers courtyard. The bricks could be hazardous for someone with mobility challenges, but for us it would not affect our choice to return.
