End of Summer Fun!

Our stay was just perfect! From the clean and well stocked space, to the beach right under our balcony, we couldn't have asked for more. Even my teenager wants to go back. Thank you for a great time.

Absolutely perfect

It was just what we wanted. Perfect with huge island, comfortable clean furniture, stocked with everything you need for the stay. The hosts were very responsive to any questions or needs. Will be back every year.

Perfect!

Absolutely loved this location! No driving to the beach and getting sand in your car. Walked to Sharkies at night to watch the band and store is right there too when needed. House is beautiful and loved the kitchen!

Fabulous

We finally had our girls weekend, had not all been together since COVID. Scheduled and then had to postpone since one of the girls husband died suddenly. The owner was so considerate and worked with us on renting the unit several months after the funeral. The condo was fabulous, clean and right on the beach. Will defiantly rent again.....

Amazing 1st Beach Vacation

This was absolutely the best beach house to rent. Right on the beach, made it easy to get drinks and snacks, and get lunch ready without having to be that far from my family that were playing on the beach. Kids are already begging to go back there next year!

This property is in the best location in Surfside and the property manager, owner, maintenance worker, and most of all MELANIE, are all great people!! We will definitely be back!!

Beach getaway

This is the 2nd summer we have booked at this location and we love it. You can’t find a beach house closer to the beach. The only thing you must consider is that your outside grilling spot is “shared” with two other rentals. Each rental has its own grill, picnic table and space but it’s in the same area. Added Bonus; the neighbors are a local band and will sometimes have a concert on the beach! So much fun! We plan to book every summer here.

This house is clean, well-stocked, comfortable and roomy. We all enjoyed the easy beach access, convenient parking, and comfy beds.

Built to live in by the previous owner, the Lookout sits on one of the best waterfront locations on all of Surfside Beach, with both inside and outside views that can't be beat. A pleasant wine out on the balcony cooled by a nice ocean breeze. A step from the deck boardwalk out on to the beach and into the water. This is one of only a handful of houses that are located on the pedestrian beach, with no cars and therefore, much less crowded than many of the other beaches and a great place to take the kids. Quite often it is almost like having your own private beach. Beautifully appointed, the beach ambiance continues to flow as you enter. Outside showers downstairs and a large modern shower inside. A 65" big screen internet TV in the main room, with a 55" big screen internet TV in the master bedroom. Both TVs have Direct TV, as well. A modern kitchen, with all the trimmings.
