Really enjoyed our stay here with friends. The host of this condo was extremely nice on the phone. Super quick with responding, very lovely host and place, would stay again !!

Panama City Beach Getaway

Perfect beachfront view! Condo was super cute, very clean and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again. Only recommendation and suggestion I have is to update the pictures of the inside as there have been changes and to get a better patio set on the balcony.

Great location and easy in and out. There was some construction going on which we knew about ahead of time but didn’t effect our stay much at all. Condo was perfect for 2 people.

Great Place to Stay!

We love coming to Sunbird Condos. It is our go to place! Great views with great amenities. No long waits for the elevators & the parking lot is gated & secure. The condo is updated with everything you may need for your stay. My only complaint is the bed is EXTRA FIRM, just a heads up. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wedding Anniversary

We really enjoyed the property and the beautiful views. The only suggestions we would make is change out the toilet seat, clean the shower head and throw away the stained comforter that was on the bed. Everything was in walking distance. Yes we would stay at this beautiful property again.

Great spot

The property other than the construction was exactly what I hoped for. Although the wifi and gates codes were wrong, everything else was perfect for my get away.

Great condo -location under construction!

The condo itself is beautifully decorated-5 star decor. The building undergoing renovations makes it 2-3 star vacation. Never was able to get on the WiFi and reached out and never got a response.

GREAT LOCATION

The location of this condo was great. Close to everything . We enjoyed waking up to the view of the beach. The constuction wasn't bad during the day but being woken up from it was not ideal early in the morning. Only complaint was the kitchen drain had an oder and eventually knats were coming out of it. We called to have something done about it and was told maintenance would come but no one every showed the entire time we were there. Needless to say we didn't use the kitchen.

Sandy beaches, sandy rooms, loud construction

While making this reservation, we were so excited to find a rental that had our ideal location paired with a wonderful view overlooking the ocean. Upon checking into the condo, staff was friendly and welcoming. However, while checking in, we were informed at the front desk that we had to pay an additional $40 for parking pass and bracelets for beach access. Although not a deal breaker, it would have been nice to know beforehand. When walking into the condo, it was quickly noted the amount of sand throughout. We reached out to the cleaning team, and they informed us that the renters before had tracked sand in and they struggled to clean it completely. They never offered to come in and attempt to clean again. The amount of sand on the floor throughout the entire condo led us to wearing our shoes inside at all times. During the entire stay, the condo was under construction and was very loud from 8am sharp to 5pm non-stop, making it impossible to sleep in/relax during our vacation. On our second day of the stay, the construction crew stepped onto the balcony and wedged a piece of wood into the sliding door so that it could not be opened due to construction. The balcony with the view was one of the primary reasons that we booked, and we weren’t able to utilize it due to construction. Although I understand safety concerns, again, it would have been nice to know the extent of construction going on around us. Once construction is finished, this condo would be a great stay.

Anniversary trip

Great condo for 2! It was clean, stocked kitchen as advertised. Good views from balcony. Easy check in and out process. Only issue was we had to enter code to our room twice every time before it would open but no biggie! Would definitely stay there again!

Would definitely return to this AWESOME rental

I'm a local Floridian from Tampa so have stayed at places all over the coastlines. First time to PCB and this spot couldn't have been more perfect for me. I'm a beach bum so imagine my delight when I realized I could leave everything inside, including my phone, and walk downstairs barefoot right out onto one of Florida's most beautiful beaches. In addition, I lucked out that the unit was available for 3 more nights because my checkout date was when Hurricane Ian was scheduled to arrive to my city. Once the power went out at home my boyfriend drove up to join me. The location was so beautiful, and walking distance to everything I wanted. Bars, restaurant, shopping and I even walked to WonderWorks. We felt really lucky, and a little guilty, due to what others were going through during the storm. Zero complaints and all praises. Personally, I would recommend no more than 2 people for maximum comfort because it isn't a large unit. Perfect for couples or a couple friends looking for quiet bliss or a rockin good time. P.S. That balcony view in the picture doesn't do it justice. Have fun!

Wonderful place

This property is excellent, everything available, communication was fabulous with both owner and manager. This is our 2nd year at this unit. Love it, Only 2 items needed attention, One of the patio chairs arms was broken, Bed mattress could be more comfortable, Everything else was awesome! Will return!
