Not what it seems- be warned

The condo appeared to be in good condition initially. However, things started to go down hill quickly. We stayed for 4 nights. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 people. The linens were stained and dirty. There were roaches throughout the kitchen. The WiFi was not working and I had a very important virtual business meeting. I asked the contact for the condo about the WiFi and they seemed not know how to handle the WiFi issue. So it was never solved and I had to go to a cafe for WiFi service. On the very last evening, we came into the condo and the temperature was set at 69 but the room temperature was 76. It stayed that way until we left. Not a very nice way to have to sleep in a condo I paid for. And no one would return any contact we tried to make with the owner or anyone.

611-E is a clean but spare unit. No dressers in the bedroom to store clothes— just a small closet. The decor was plain. The bed was VERY comfortable and the AC was cold. We slept well. This unit is small so it’s best for couples. Our son slept on the pull out couch and had no complaints. Fridge was very small but cold and clean. Dishwasher worked. Shower was good. Unit could use some paint and refreshing. For the price, it was good.

Perfect Accommodations

We truly loved staying at the Sunbird. It's right on the beach, has 3 pools, fast elevators, and right next to Pineapple Willy's. The condo was great and accommodated us perfectly. Will definitely be back!

We had a great weekend, loved the location and the check in process. My only complaint is there was construction going on at the complex. Was a little noisy at times, but overall a great stay! Would stay here again.

Perfect place

Definitely 5 stars this place! Noelle made registration easy. the place was clean. you can find everything you need there even we found beach chairs, an umbrella, boards, toys... We didn't have to ask for anything. the place is beautiful, the view is perfect. we had perfect breakfasts and dinners there that we will remember forever. the building is clean and very safe. we recommend this condo 100% and we will surely return soon

Amazing Room! Amazing View!

Already looking to book this room again! We loved our stay! Everything was clean, nice, and neat! Something not mentioned in the summary of this property is the Samsung Smart Oven! Me and my wife have all Samsung appliances so being able to control the oven from our phone while out was a huge bonus!! We loved this location so much we decided to donate our fold out beach backpack loungers chairs and our Body Glove pop up beach tent for any future guests to use!! Will be returning soon! Thanks for a great vacation!

Great location terrible AC

The balcony and view of the beach was gorgeous! The main issue we had was I believe the building must be old and have issues. As we arrived we were told the water was off due to a water leak. It came back on about an hour later however this caused the AC to not work. Messaged the maintenance person and they stated they were working on it. We slept our first night in 77 degree room. No fan in the bedroom either so we were sweating and miserable. No AC the next day and had to drive around just so we could cool off. The second night it was 80 degrees. Again we were miserable. We were offered a $50 per night refund. Doesn’t help much as we paid almost $500 for the 2 nights. We also had to purchase a paper wristband just to use the pool or the pool police would make you leave.

Loved it!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the sunbird! The condo was very clean, The view was wonderful. Noelle, our room contact, was fantastic to work with! There were a few beach chairs and toys also available for us to use during our stay. We would definitely book again!!
